I called back she said I had to consent to the service- I sent a consent via email. She said they'll be there the next day. By then my pool was getting kinda green. They don't show up again! I call again - they said they'd be out the next day. The come - charge me 90$ of chemicals blue $69 monthly fee ( to clean the basket and the filter? Really). Yo top it off the leave the back gate open. I have dogs. So then the pools better- not perfect but better. I use it and my hair turns bright green! I let them know and they say "it's the chlorine " Really! All pools have chlorine and isn't that why I'm paying this company to check and measure the chemical?!? No I'm sorry nothing. To make it worse I called and let them know I wasn't happy with paying $170 in 1 week and not having a clear pool. Who knows how many dollars of chemicals they could use in 3 weeks! Not to mention the cost of getting the green out of my hair. You know when they said? Not what can we do to make it better, not I'm sorry - I got ok we'll close your account and send u the bill. Good riddance- don't use this company unless you want them to siphon money out of your pocket. You Will be nickel and dimes to death. 1/5 rating on Angie's list says it all- " beware of crook" state several customers. He obviously writes all the good reviews.

What I was told is they charge $219 just to come out. Non-refunable. If their estimate and our evaluation of their reputation warranted it, we would give them our business. Like a lot of businesses the "sales" part sounds good and is friendly. Then there is reality. To Late , I read the reviews on this company from around the Country and there was so much Negative! Most lack of communication. Well the calls got on their nerves too! As I was told "just call". Then was told off for texting! Yes, my text was meant for Monday morning EST, regarding the pile of trash. Well That was a mistake! Sunday, CST 8:15 my text went through. And our thousands of dollars meant nothing to "pony tail" (nickname for one of the sellers, from Pensacola. He drew the line on that! Not that we were inconvenienced with the digging until 1:00 am under stadium lights or a huge hole left for weeks not the huge pile of trash which was a Danger boards with nails sticking out for our four Mailinois, grandkids to step on but that I texted on Sunday evening! This time there was a man working who asked if he could help me with something. I told him the problem and he recommended a product that I already had, some free and clear. I asked him if maybe I should use a fungicide and he told me that I needed to bring a sample of my water in. Unfortunately, I am on the other side of town and asked if there was something to get rid of the foam. He handed me some anti-foam and I explained to him I didn't have my glasses with me and he said he didn't understand how people leave home without their glasses. I told him they were in my truck and that I didn't think I would need them, but just wondered if he would be so kind as to tell me how to use it. There was no one else in the store and I felt like he just didn't want to take the time to help me. When I told him I wondered what's it I was hoping he would tell me and he just walked away and didn't say anything and stood at the register. So at that point, I left the store without a purchase and will find what I need elsewhere. I will say the store is clean looking and appears to have a good selection of items. It's in a Publix Plaza so it's not too hard to find. but if you have questions and need someone to explain things to you, that may not be the best location.

I've been going to the Leach Center since December. I was able to join because I'm an FSU alumni…read moreand my sister got a membership with me. While I love the pool, hot tub, and all of the amenities, there are serious problems. The staff doesn't know anything about the gym equipment so they couldn't help me get started. I ended up downloading apps for the exercise equipment and using them to find out how to use the machines. The machines that have the capability to have you walk down a road in a country of your choice or stuff like that aren't enabled so you can't do that. They have a bad problem with people loafing on the strength training machines looking at their phones, even though cell phones are not allowed. There is an adult swim class and water polo practice and when that's own, the majority of the pool is reserved. The college closes for Spring Break, Winter Break, etc, and when that happens, the Leach Center is closed, too. Parking is horrendous. There already aren't enough spaces, and when a game is on, they close off some of the lots near the Leach Center. I only found out after getting a citation that membership does not allow you to park in the lot for free. I had to buy a parking permit and that's $65 per semester. I wasn't told about that when I signed up so I'm looking to go to another gym after my current membership ends. I also hate that because I'm not a current student, I can't just swipe a card to get in. I have to give the person at check-in my phone number and that gets tedious.

The hours as they are just don't cut it.
