We like the fact that they assessed the trees and only recommended removal of the two small ones. Some companies want to just cut everything down. They were very efficient, had all the necessary big tools and equipment. And they really had some fun toys, including a remote controlled stump grinder. They cleaned everything up, took all the debris away, and left a very neat yard. We would highly recommend them.

The first company we called could not come but called Big Branch for us. The owner called us back and sent a crew over right away. They removed that tree and four more for us. We told our son about our experience and to our surprise Big Branch Tree Service had assisted him when he lived in Florida. Our son, like us, had a very positive experience. Big Branch Tree Service will be our first call in the future when we need trees removed.

Daniel demonstrated professionalism from the start by coming out on a Sunday and providing a thorough, itemized estimate--something I had to request from the others, and two didn't provide at all. What really set them apart, though, was the team itself. This might not matter to everyone but I was genuinely impressed by how seamlessly they worked together and the level of respect they showed one another. You don't often see that kind of communication and teamwork amongst a group of men. It says a lot about Daniel, his team, and the company. The crew operated with precision, care, and strong communication. Their attention to detail was evident in how they protected the property and executed the job. They were meticulous in every way. They took extra care to protect my yard (and my grass isn't even great to begin with). The way they worked together to keep debris out of my pool was incredibly impressive--they had a well-coordinated strategy in place that clearly worked. Honestly, I didn't think it would be possible, especially with how windy it was, but when they finished, my pool looked just as clean as it did when they arrived. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I'm beyond impressed and so glad I waited for his quote. If you're deciding--this is your sign. Hire them. You won't regret it.

I give them credit they came back and cleaned up but I shouldn't have to tell them to do that . Next problem is they destroyed multiple sections of my lawn when they did the paver installation and they did not intend to re-sod the damage areas. I didn't understand why they didn't have a plan to repair the damaged sections of my lawn and why they expected me to foot the bill for the repairs. I had to pay for the sod and the labor for them to repair the grass they destroyed. So I was very unhappy with this part of the job.
