We called about ten companies that offered emergency tree removal services, but only three responded. The first one offered a reasonable price to remove the tree on my house and the second, taller Queen Palm, but said they would not be able to do the work until a couple of days later. The second company wanted almost double the amount of the first quote to come out, and that was only to remove the one tree that was leaning on my house. Then Top Notch Tree Experts arrived and offered a price just a little above the first price I received to remove both trees. When I mentioned I had been offered a slightly lower price, they offered to do it for the same price plus haul everything away, which the first company did not offer to do. I decided to go with Top Notch Tree Experts to get the tree off of my house and remove the second one so I wouldn't have to worry about it happening again, and I am glad I did. They were polite, professional, and had both trees down and cleaned up very quickly. I was so impressed I requested a quote to get another tree in a different area of my property removed as well. If you need tree services, you will probably save yourself time by calling Top Notch Tree Experts first.

Daniel demonstrated professionalism from the start by coming out on a Sunday and providing a thorough, itemized estimate--something I had to request from the others, and two didn't provide at all. What really set them apart, though, was the team itself. This might not matter to everyone but I was genuinely impressed by how seamlessly they worked together and the level of respect they showed one another. You don't often see that kind of communication and teamwork amongst a group of men. It says a lot about Daniel, his team, and the company. The crew operated with precision, care, and strong communication. Their attention to detail was evident in how they protected the property and executed the job. They were meticulous in every way. They took extra care to protect my yard (and my grass isn't even great to begin with). The way they worked together to keep debris out of my pool was incredibly impressive--they had a well-coordinated strategy in place that clearly worked. Honestly, I didn't think it would be possible, especially with how windy it was, but when they finished, my pool looked just as clean as it did when they arrived. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I'm beyond impressed and so glad I waited for his quote. If you're deciding--this is your sign. Hire them. You won't regret it.

They completely removed a sweet gum tree that was growing over my garage, had exposed roots and was very close to my neighbors house. They safely removed the tree, the stump and all of the roots. They did a great job cleaning up the mess and left my yard better than they found it. I would not hesitate to have them back!

They're rental people and they said it's the first time we use them. I go but they said you said it was okay. Now the tenant who we're friends with said I had no idea they were there and the rental company when I asked about it. What are you going to do about it? They hung up the phone the people on the roof. I told him to get off my property of no right to be here. Get off my roof and if it ever leaks I'm going to sue you

I give them credit they came back and cleaned up but I shouldn't have to tell them to do that . Next problem is they destroyed multiple sections of my lawn when they did the paver installation and they did not intend to re-sod the damage areas. I didn't understand why they didn't have a plan to repair the damaged sections of my lawn and why they expected me to foot the bill for the repairs. I had to pay for the sod and the labor for them to repair the grass they destroyed. So I was very unhappy with this part of the job. I think it's fair for the customer to expect the company to fix the grass if they destroy it. They did a good job laying the sod I had to pay for.
