He gave me a price I was very pleased with. It was about a two week wait time before they started. Which he told me in advance. Mark came out and verified everything needing to be done before he started. The job only took two 8 hour days from start to finish. I'm very impressed with the teamwork. Daniel is an artist with his chainsaw. The entire crew is courteous,professional and efficient. I have used many of the local tree services and there isn't one of them that comes close to the quality of Big Branch. I had a large job involving cutting down 4 trees and trimming 8 large live oaks. All the work was done expertly and to my complete satisfaction. My son had a small job trimming a couple of much smaller oak trees and Chris took care of that also. My son was surprised and pleased to get his trees trimmed since he had called several other tree services and many never returned his call or didn't want to do his job since it was to small for them. We had a very large tree to be removed, which required a lift truck and a climber, along with removing two smaller trees near it. These trees were very close to the house and another attached home. The crew's work was professional, thorough, and they were very respectful. These guys did an awesome job, we are extremely impressed with the quality of the work. They ground the stumps, cleaned up, and leveled the dirt. Our small back yard looks great, and we have sunlight on our sun porch. Excellent! A Professional team who work well together. We had 2 tall trees with VERY tight clearance. There were 2 sheds, fencing, and the neighbor's home within a few feet of a 100' dead pine. Early on, they instilled confidence in their abilities. They have the equipment - a Ditch Witch and a very respectable cherry picker - that allow maneuvering in small yards and tight spaces. They were respectful of us and our property. They controlled branches away from the roof, protected windows and irrigation lines. Very impressed with the men and their work. The work crew [Troy & company] was professional, coordinated, accommodating, and above all safe. The job involved cutting down: three large oaks, one small oak, two dead trees, two large pear trees, almost dead cherry tree and trimming large branches from another large oak, and the dead fronds from two large palm trees.
