I have 2 more trees that I need cut down and I'm 100% using Arbor for them. They were very fair and very trustworthy. There was a board that broke on my privacy fence...not their fault. The fence is beyond needing repair, but they replaced the board as well. They hauled everything away and even picked up the smaller limbs and twigs. The result was not what we requested, and I ultimately had to go outside and remove what he installed and redesign the rock bed myself using the measurements I originally gave him. I gave him $900 for a sod order, but shortly after receiving the payment the order was cancelled by him because "we aren't ready" when really it was because he kept saying he was coming to do work then not showing up or communicating he was no longer coming as scheduled. Communication was very poor. He frequently did not show up when he said he would and did not notify us when he wasn't coming. He also brought his uncle to pour concrete. They stated they would coordinate rerouting the sprinkler line, but that never happened. When he turned on the sprinklers, I specifically asked him not to turn on zone 4 because the new concrete was there. He turned it on anyway, which cracked the brand-new concrete. At that point our yard was left dug up, rocks were placed in areas we never requested, and the overall condition of the property was messy. We decided it was best to part ways. When I requested a quote for the work that had already been completed (trying to be fair), and to use the $900 cash we paid for the SOD that was canceled by him. He initially said $425 would be returned. Shortly after, he changed that and said I should give him an additional $100 because the work was "hard." then he eventually tried say it should just be $225. So ultimately, he wanted $675 to half way grade the back yard and lay rock where we didn't request it. It has now been three days of being told the refund would be brought to our home, and he still has not refunded anything.

Second, when a tree branch came thru my roof on a Saturday. Jason came quickly when I contacted him about the tree thru the roof. He assembled the crew and they came the next day on a Sunday. The crew came when they said they would, worked efficiently and safely, did what was promised and answered my questions. In about 4 hours they had removed the tree from the roof and cut down the remaining tree that was in danger of falling. Then they took away all of the debris. All for a reasonable price, considering it was the weekend and an emergency.
