Next problem is they destroyed multiple sections of my lawn when they did the paver installation and they did not intend to re-sod the damage areas. I didn't understand why they didn't have a plan to repair the damaged sections of my lawn and why they expected me to foot the bill for the repairs. I had to pay for the sod and the labor for them to repair the grass they destroyed. So I was very unhappy with this part of the job. I think it's fair for the customer to expect the company to fix the grass if they destroy it. They did a good job laying the sod I had to pay for.

Second, when a tree branch came thru my roof on a Saturday. Jason came quickly when I contacted him about the tree thru the roof. He assembled the crew and they came the next day on a Sunday. The crew came when they said they would, worked efficiently and safely, did what was promised and answered my questions. In about 4 hours they had removed the tree from the roof and cut down the remaining tree that was in danger of falling. Then they took away all of the debris. All for a reasonable price, considering it was the weekend and an emergency.
