Second, when a tree branch came thru my roof on a Saturday. Jason came quickly when I contacted him about the tree thru the roof. He assembled the crew and they came the next day on a Sunday. The crew came when they said they would, worked efficiently and safely, did what was promised and answered my questions. In about 4 hours they had removed the tree from the roof and cut down the remaining tree that was in danger of falling. Then they took away all of the debris. All for a reasonable price, considering it was the weekend and an emergency.

The first company we called could not come but called Big Branch for us. The owner called us back and sent a crew over right away. They removed that tree and four more for us. The crew was professional and efficient. They completed the work in a couple of hours, it would have taken us days. I called 1 more time and left a message but never received a return call. I have decided to get more estimates after wasting 1 month waiting on Odom's Tree service. They may be good at their profession (I will never know) but what they need is to keep their word of honor and good customer service. When the crew arrived, they offered a neighbor a really reasonable price to limb up her Live Oak while they worked on my tree. She said I was the lowest quote she's ever received! the guys worked fast, they cleaned up so well that the other neighbors said It looked like nothing ever happened!!
