I know nothing about concrete, but I can do…read moresales. they had a good pitch and a nice office, seemed legit enough to try but always kind of knew it was more of a fly by night place, and after seeing the way they operate and talking to other employees, I would never hire or recommend this company. the things they tell you to say are largely false, and all they're doing is getting you to commit to a high ball quote, posting the job to a labor board and hiring the cheapest bidder to do the job. youre better off going with a legit contractor who will be on site and in communication. the main goal they want you to accomplish on the sales side is getting a deposit that they will never return. and if you sell a job, they will call the customer, offer a discount and cut you out of the loop and never pay you. the first few jobs I actually sold and saw go in the ground were not up to my standards, let alone a homeowner. he accused me of "doing side work" to not pay me over 7k in commissions. again, I know nothing about concrete or would ever consider attempting to do a concrete job .

Last thing I want is to spend money and find myself with problems a few years down the line. Joseph was very responsive and took the time to discuss all my concerns with me. I wasn't disappointed with my decision. The crew was great and did first rate work, responsive to my idea about installing a catch basin to be able to capture debris as part of the drainage system modifications, and generally went above and beyond. Only (minimally negative) observation was being surprised when the crew showed up unexpectedly to complete the work. Again, it was was minor issue which was completely mitigated by the incredible hard work, attention to detail, and extremely courteous management skills of Darnell. He even recognized the unexpected difficulty due to the grading of our backyard and was gracious in granting our desire to create an additional step for minimal extra fee.
