I give them credit they came back and cleaned up but I shouldn't have to tell them to do that . Next problem is they destroyed multiple sections of my lawn when they did the paver installation and they did not intend to re-sod the damage areas. I didn't understand why they didn't have a plan to repair the damaged sections of my lawn and why they expected me to foot the bill for the repairs. I had to pay for the sod and the labor for them to repair the grass they destroyed. So I was very unhappy with this part of the job. I think it's fair for the customer to expect the company to fix the grass if they destroy it. They did a good job laying the sod I had to pay for.

Most recently we had the notorious pine bark beetles decide they wanted to chomp their way thru the forest. If you have ever experienced these beetles you know how fast they eat and if you have not experienced the beetles let me say this....if you see a pine tree start turning brown for no reason and then it just dies in a matter of 2 weeks, you have beetles and then they start chomping your next tree and your next tree....call a Custom tree surgeons immediately to get those pests out of their. You cannot kill the beetles you must get rid of the trees they are eating and the surrounding trees in order to protect your other pines. The guys come out and never stop working once they hit the ground it's a chain saw symphony. Little Bobcats picking up all the logs and cherry pickers with the guys up in the air cutting down trees. Then there are the guys on the ground raking up the debris. Totally amazing. I really cant say enough wonderful things about the company. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing tree(s) removed.

Daniel demonstrated professionalism from the start by coming out on a Sunday and providing a thorough, itemized estimate--something I had to request from the others, and two didn't provide at all. What really set them apart, though, was the team itself. This might not matter to everyone but I was genuinely impressed by how seamlessly they worked together and the level of respect they showed one another. You don't often see that kind of communication and teamwork amongst a group of men. It says a lot about Daniel, his team, and the company. The crew operated with precision, care, and strong communication. Their attention to detail was evident in how they protected the property and executed the job. They were meticulous in every way. They took extra care to protect my yard (and my grass isn't even great to begin with). The way they worked together to keep debris out of my pool was incredibly impressive--they had a well-coordinated strategy in place that clearly worked. Honestly, I didn't think it would be possible, especially with how windy it was, but when they finished, my pool looked just as clean as it did when they arrived. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I'm beyond impressed and so glad I waited for his quote. If you're deciding--this is your sign. Hire them. You won't regret it.

I had 5 arborists come and bid the job, and they were very nervous, and the price was pretty high. First Choice didn't bat an eye, and their bid was the lowest by several hundred dollars. At first, I was very hesitant to accept such a low offer; but I used some AI tools to analyze comments and reviews across several sites, and the only negative comment found was that they once removed the "wrong" tree. I decided to give them a chance, and I was VERY pleased. These guys are no joke. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. I will definitely hire them again and will be recommending them to anyone who needs some tree-work done.

And I was more then tired of clearly leaves from the car every morning. Time to cut/trim down some trees. Could have tired Angie's list - but I think Yelp's word of mouth works so much better. After creating a list, I start calling around. Most places were OK on the phone. This place was GREAT. Great customer service: Was clueless on what needed to be done. Talked with Brian and he said he would come to the home, look around and leave an itemized typed up list in the mail of things that needed to be addressed, cost, and a time frame for the completion. He initially called late Wednesday morning, and confirmed he'd be out later that same day. He then calls to let me know that he has sent the list out in the mail. Great communication and great cost! Great employees: Sometimes in services industries the face of the company is pleasant but the crews are much less. Not the case, every person worked efficiently and with a pleasant demeanor. Clearly Brian trust his crews and knows he has quality people working under him. There was no harsh words, or smoking, etc. Completely professional staff. Service: Brian and his crew worked beautiful throughout the day Thursday. Arrive before 9 and working through the rain and cold weather. The sun had set but still they continued working. They were forced to return to complete the job but it was a BEAUTIFUL job. We can finally see the sun!
