Pictures were emailed and the receptionist called back to say that "Ben" would be on site the following day. We are now 3 days into no one arriving on our property to inspect. "Ben" has not returned any calls, arrived on site or explained what they will be doing to repair the damage they caused.

Most recently we had the notorious pine bark beetles decide they wanted to chomp their way thru the forest. If you have ever experienced these beetles you know how fast they eat and if you have not experienced the beetles let me say this....if you see a pine tree start turning brown for no reason and then it just dies in a matter of 2 weeks, you have beetles and then they start chomping your next tree and your next tree....call a Custom tree surgeons immediately to get those pests out of their. You cannot kill the beetles you must get rid of the trees they are eating and the surrounding trees in order to protect your other pines. The guys come out and never stop working once they hit the ground it's a chain saw symphony. Little Bobcats picking up all the logs and cherry pickers with the guys up in the air cutting down trees. Then there are the guys on the ground raking up the debris. Totally amazing. I really cant say enough wonderful things about the company. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing tree(s) removed.

I can't say enough about Brian and his team. They cut down & removed a huge sycamore tree in the…read morebackyard. They had to climb up close to 60 feet and cut it down in many segments. There was about a 5x5 area safe for the heavy pieces to fall and they fell in exactly the same spot every time, even from 60 feet up. It was amazing to see the skill and care they took in making sure my home was safe. They hauled off the large pieces and neatly stacked the rest at the street where the city picked it all up. They came out again later to grind the huge stump protecting my property from the flying debris and cleaning everything up where you couldn't even tell they were ever there, except for a nice mulching in the yard. They came back and trimmed 4 very tall palm trees that were in severe need of cleaning up making sure the debris was well contained during the process. They made sure nothing was left in the neighbor's yard and again cleaned up the debris stacking it neatly at the street. An amazing job and the most polite, pleasant guys in the world. Brian is very hands on, he makes sure the job is done and his crew have exactly what they need to do it well. At first, I was very hesitant to accept such a low offer; but I used some AI tools to analyze comments and reviews across several sites, and the only negative comment found was that they once removed the "wrong" tree. I decided to give them a chance, and I was VERY pleased. These guys are no joke. They did a fantastic job from start to finish.
