I have 2 more trees that I need cut down and I'm 100% using Arbor for them. They were very fair and very trustworthy. There was a board that broke on my privacy fence...not their fault. The fence is beyond needing repair, but they replaced the board as well. They hauled everything away and even picked up the smaller limbs and twigs. I know there are only 8 reviews, but there's a reason they have a 5.0 rating.

I had 5 arborists come and bid the job, and they were very nervous, and the price was pretty high. First Choice didn't bat an eye, and their bid was the lowest by several hundred dollars. At first, I was very hesitant to accept such a low offer; but I used some AI tools to analyze comments and reviews across several sites, and the only negative comment found was that they once removed the "wrong" tree. I decided to give them a chance, and I was VERY pleased. These guys are no joke. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. I will definitely hire them again and will be recommending them to anyone who needs some tree-work done.

Talked with Brian and he said he would come to the home, look around and leave an itemized typed up list in the mail of things that needed to be addressed, cost, and a time frame for the completion. He initially called late Wednesday morning, and confirmed he'd be out later that same day. He then calls to let me know that he has sent the list out in the mail. Great communication and great cost! Great employees: Sometimes in services industries the face of the company is pleasant but the crews are much less. Not the case, every person worked efficiently and with a pleasant demeanor. Clearly Brian trust his crews and knows he has quality people working under him. There was no harsh words, or smoking, etc. Completely professional staff. Most recently we had the notorious pine bark beetles decide they wanted to chomp their way thru the forest. If you have ever experienced these beetles you know how fast they eat and if you have not experienced the beetles let me say this....if you see a pine tree start turning brown for no reason and then it just dies in a matter of 2 weeks, you have beetles and then they start chomping your next tree and your next tree....call a Custom tree surgeons immediately to get those pests out of their. You cannot kill the beetles you must get rid of the trees they are eating and the surrounding trees in order to protect your other pines. The guys come out and never stop working once they hit the ground it's a chain saw symphony. Little Bobcats picking up all the logs and cherry pickers with the guys up in the air cutting down trees. Then there are the guys on the ground raking up the debris. Totally amazing. I really cant say enough wonderful things about the company. After Hurricane Irma, our need became greater and thankfully, we found Canary Tree Service. They came out promptly, assessed our situation, and not only gave us a decent estimate but were able to schedule us in a reasonable time. They showed up early. They were extremely safe. I never once worried about my house or garage's safety as they took down the massive tree in our back yard. They came out and and took a look and told me what they were going to do. 2. They scheduled me for a date and time and and showed up when they said that they would.
