I contacted the pool installer to see if they could come give me tutorial on the equipment they installed but couldn't even get a call back. I contacted at-least 5 other pool companies for a tutorial/inspection and quote for weekly service. One told me to take pictures and come to their store (not helpful), 1 setup appointment but were no show. The other 3 wouldn't return calls or emails. First coast contacted me back within hours of my request and came out 2 days later. The owner was super friendly and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Ended up setting up a weekly service to get pool under control. I may end up taking it over myself once I understand it more but they are so friendly I may just keep the weekly service. They have been here twice now, pool is clean, equipment is working and provide a email service report each week with photo of pool, chemical readings and summary of the chemicals added and services rendered. Highly recommend this growing company if you need pool service!!

We didn't have a choice but to replace the pool pump so we went to Leslie's since they offer interest free financing for 12 months through Wells Fargo. In the store we picked out the pump, made an appointment for installation, and paid. A couple of days later our appointment arrived and the tech showed up to install our pump. He did a very quick and excellent job at removing the old pump and installing a new one. The new pump works great, has a 2 year warranty, and we have 12 months to pay it off. In store staff and the install tech were all very nice and easy to work with.

I went in and made a deal predicated on getting the kitchen in two weeks. Seven weeks later no kitchen, no call backs, oh and guess what? Marc no longer works there. The only person whoever picks of the phone is the highly apologetic and completely ineffectual receptionist. I want my kitchen or I want my money back. The excuse caboose has left the station. I recommend customers avoid this contractor.

I needed swivel hose connectors for my Polaris pool cleaner. I was told they would be $31.00 EACH! I thought maybe buying a new hose with all the parts might cost a little more money but would include all new parts and might be worth it. The price was OVER $300 for a hose assembly! I came home and went online to find genuine Polaris parts at $15.21 each, half what Pinch-A-Penny wanted to charge me. On Amazon I found a highly rated replacement part at $10.45 for a package that included THREE parts. By the way, a genuine Polaris hose assembly was $189.00. I understand running a brick and mortar store has additional costs associated with it, but I consider the prices I have been quoted to be price gouging.

I only have one comment, not really a complaint, it would be very nice if the technicians would photograph all of the data tags on the equipment before it is installed at break your back, get down on your knees level and try to read the serial numbers for the warranty registration before the unit is installed. The pics could then be emailed to the customer and/or kept in the customer's electronic file at the Stanley office for future reference. Just a suggestion.

The problem started less then 60 days after the pool was purchased, professionally setup and filled. The Styrofoam on the filter flap came off. I contacted Splash Pool & Spa and they claimed that it was not a warranty problem and that I could buy a new flap for the new pool. Not a way to do business and keep customers happy.

Their customer relations is the worse. When we first bought the pool it took 2 months almost just for the installation. Come this past weekend the side of the pool blew out.
