Our delivery date was changed several times due to our deck construction and he was flexible enough to accommodate each change. When the deck was finished we finally had it delivered. Upon uncovering the hot tub there were a couple defects in the fiberglass. One call to Wes, a video was sent, and it was approved to have a replacement delivered. The replacement happened 2 days later. WOW! The two men (can't remember their names) who came to pick up and deliver had an ingenious way to remove and put the replacement in its place. The deck is 4 feet off the ground so it had to be lifted. No scratches or dents, it went perfectly and our hot tub is perfect. Thank you Wes!

Over the past year, after upgrading several pieces of equipment, the experience has gone downhill fast. Staff have been inconsistent and often uninformed about warranties, have failed to honor or properly handle warranty claims, and turnaround times have been unacceptable. Equipment has come back late, not fixed correctly, or in worse condition than when it was dropped off. "Well, you can bring it back," is not acceptable when you rely on your equipment to make a living. I've only purchased Shindaiwa and Echo products through them, so maybe the manufacturers share some responsibility, but customer service and accountability still matter. I'm honestly shocked at how little regard has been shown to loyal, long-term customers. At this point, I can't recommend Tools for a Time to other professionals who depend on reliable equipment and timely service.

We added a new bank of cabinetry in the breakfast nook- that slab will be ready soon and they will be back out. My house has some odd angles- and the kitchen especially- I am so happy with the attention to detail with the install and how gorgeous the quartz countertop is! Excellent pricing too. And they were accommodating to us having to reschedule the install because of a damaged cabinet. Great communication, customer service, product and craftsmanship!!! This company came HIGHLY recommended by both my flooring guy and someone I know in the cabinet business. John and I went in to browse their inventory and get a quote. Now- I will say, we went to a different company that had a much bigger selection- but the prices were easily doubled. I am waiting to get one more quote before deciding- but the price point here really has me wanting to go with them! The young lady who took us around explained the different tiers in pricing and the difference in materials. I wanted quartz- but was open to looking at granite.
