I contacted the pool installer to see if they could come give me tutorial on the equipment they installed but couldn't even get a call back. I contacted at-least 5 other pool companies for a tutorial/inspection and quote for weekly service. One told me to take pictures and come to their store (not helpful), 1 setup appointment but were no show. The other 3 wouldn't return calls or emails. First coast contacted me back within hours of my request and came out 2 days later. The owner was super friendly and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Ended up setting up a weekly service to get pool under control. I may end up taking it over myself once I understand it more but they are so friendly I may just keep the weekly service. They have been here twice now, pool is clean, equipment is working and provide a email service report each week with photo of pool, chemical readings and summary of the chemicals added and services rendered. Highly recommend this growing company if you need pool service!!

Look at this. I don't know how this guy sleeps at night, he could have killed me. After he "fixed" the spa and i turned it on and got in and noticed that the spa drained down 1/4 of the way...water was gushing out of the pack onto the duct taped electrical wiring. He cut the main power cord and a couple others in half and duct taped it together!!!

We didn't have a choice but to replace the pool pump so we went to Leslie's since they offer interest free financing for 12 months through Wells Fargo. In the store we picked out the pump, made an appointment for installation, and paid. A couple of days later our appointment arrived and the tech showed up to install our pump. He did a very quick and excellent job at removing the old pump and installing a new one. The new pump works great, has a 2 year warranty, and we have 12 months to pay it off. In store staff and the install tech were all very nice and easy to work with.

We own a home with an in ground pool, this "company" did a full work up and rehab on our pool in feb 2016 with a 10 year warranty for thousands of dollars. Which was paid in full! They are now not doing the work they have warranted, they don't answer the phone or text messages, it's completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This has been going on for 3+ months. Not at all! Starting off, they were two months late on starting my pool, not a huge deal but there was zero communication. I had to reach out to them. Should've been my first red flag. Once started we were supposed to get a pick of our spill way marble slab. That turned into the "project manager " telling us that was not the case. I had to battle with him on that. Once that was installed the cut was messed up and they had to do it again. It still isn't correct. I let it go just to be able to use my pool and jacuzzi. They were very messy and I had to ask them to clean it up, no initiative to do it themselves. Fast forward to after the pool was "done", I had a leak and they insisted it was because of my filter. Absolutely absurd! They came and "fixed it" it was not. They had to come out and fix it again because the first was a garbage repair done by Mota pool. Once that fiasco was over with, I had to get them out here to get my vacuum working properly, they fixed that. Again they said that was because of my filter, absolutely absurd. It was because of my piping which they should've told me out the gate that would be an issue. I have issues with my deck which the manager said he would reach out to me in a week and a half. It's been 5 weeks and no communication. There was no quality control or supervisor on seen whatsoever. They told us that a supervisor would be there everyday. That was a lie! So here we are 6 months after the install, no communication and no path forward on fixing my deck issues! Absolutely ridiculous! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PINCH A PENNY LOCATION RENOVATING YOUR POOL!

Work started great for first 2 weeks and then as soon as they received a large check they bailed and stopped all work. They blame the weather - however we are now 4 months in with NO work and NO CALL BACKS. BEWARE as we are filing theft charges as well as have notified the DPBR and Florida Attorney General. We have offered multiple times to go our separate ways if they will pay us back and they will not respond or answer! Will update if anything changes!
