Great experience with First Coast! I recently purchased a new house with pool equipment I was…read moreunfamiliar with as it differed from prior house. I contacted the pool installer to see if they could come give me tutorial on the equipment they installed but couldn't even get a call back. I contacted at-least 5 other pool companies for a tutorial/inspection and quote for weekly service. One told me to take pictures and come to their store (not helpful), 1 setup appointment but were no show. The other 3 wouldn't return calls or emails. First coast contacted me back within hours of my request and came out 2 days later. The owner was super friendly and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Ended up setting up a weekly service to get pool under control. I may end up taking it over myself once I understand it more but they are so friendly I may just keep the weekly service. They have been here twice now, pool is clean, equipment is working and provide a email service report each week with photo of pool, chemical readings and summary of the chemicals added and services rendered. Highly recommend this growing company if you need pool service!!

I recently had my pool installed by a group Unique referred us to use- Blue Island Water Group…read more After the initial installation, the pool had multiple leaks, one broken pipe and two others actively leaking. We just added $80 worth of salt to the system, which all drained out or just sat on the bottom. Unfortunately, Blue Water Island Group refused to come back and fix the issues until the final balance was paid, even though the work was clearly defective. They did eventually return to make the repairs, but by then, the pool had turned into a swamp, filled with debris and worms, and we still haven't even been able to use it. We just went to Ace Hardware and spent $70 more dollars on chemicals to try and get the pool clear. For our first pool, this has been a total nightmare.

The problem started less then 60 days after the pool was purchased, professionally setup and filled. The Styrofoam on the filter flap came off. Is the only option to have a service technician come to our house has to be from Jacksonville Florida? Why is it an 1175 service call? 800 dollars for travel BEFORE a diagnosis is made. Really??!! I deeply regret buying from your company. Your company has zero intentions on honoring the warranty you offered. The template your invoice billed me on was for a vehicle NOT a spa. We asked for the chemicals promised, never got them. We asked for a service call technician to call us and never got that either. How can you claim to be a reputable company with such poor customer service? Your company is under investigation and I can clearly see why. Hopefully the BBB and Florida attorney general will stop your shady business practices.
