From the…read morevery beginning with the design of the pool with Mitch to the end with Jake , everything felt seamless, professional, and genuinely exciting--and the end result completely exceeded anything we imagined. Mitch designed the pool we envisioned in our head and Jake was absolutely phenomenal. He was attentive, detail-oriented, and truly cared about bringing our vision to life. Every single detail was executed to perfection. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, made sure timelines stayed on track, and handled everything with a level of professionalism that is incredibly rare to find. The pool itself looks like something out of a luxury resort. It is stunning. The design, the finishes, the layout--every aspect feels high-end and thoughtfully done. We added both a heater and a chiller, and it has completely elevated the experience, making the pool enjoyable year-round. It honestly looks so expensive and custom that guests are constantly blown away when they see it. What impressed us just as much as the final product was how clean and organized everything was. At the end of each phase--and especially upon completion--the area was spotless. There was no mess, no stress, just a beautiful finished product ready to enjoy. If you are considering building a pool, do yourself a favor and go with Blue Haven--and ask for Jake. This was hands down one of the best decisions we've made for our home. The quality, the service, the attention to detail--everything was top-tier. Nic at the very end teaching us about our equipment and who is still available months later for questions is an absolute cherry on top as well ! We HIGHLY recommend them... in fact we already have !!! This wasn't just a pool project--it was an experience, and it turned out better than we ever dreamed possible.

From first visiting the web site to making an appointment it has been so easy. Stephanie made the appointment, she explained upfront what I would expect and the price! I got a confirmation email with the information and price. Austin called this morning about 30min before he came. He explained what he would be doing, he checked every facet of pool leaks I could have imagined. He went over possibilities before hand and when he finished he has solved the leak problem! He gave me a run down of WHY it was happening as well as explained the repair process and even quoted a price. He was honest about everything, even that the surface repair would be a darker grey than our existing surface (obviously since our pool is several years old..a couple decades). It is going to be expensive but he told me about the warranty and put my mind at ease spending so much. He even made the repair appointment on the spot!! We even get a $100 off for scheduling the repair within 7 days of the leak detection! For such a pesky problem, I am really glad I contacted Red Rhino. Professional, courteous and honest! I hopefully won't have a pool leak in the future but if I do, I know who I am calling!!! They also don't crowd your inbox with a thousand emails or upsell you which is so refreshing!
