Outdoor Dream Company Why is it so hard to get a service technician to call us back? Do you actually have a technician to service south east Georgia? Is the only option to have a service technician come to our house has to be from Jacksonville Florida? Why is it an 1175 service call? 800 dollars for travel BEFORE a diagnosis is made. Really??!! I deeply regret buying from your company. Your company has zero intentions on honoring the warranty you offered. The template your invoice billed me on was for a vehicle NOT a spa. We asked for the chemicals promised, never got them. We asked for a service call technician to call us and never got that either. How can you claim to be a reputable company with such poor customer service? Your company is under investigation and I can clearly see why. More Like Outdoor Nightmare. I met this group at the Jax Outdoor Show in March. The slimy sales guy, Marc tried to pressure sell me the floor unit then continuously bugged me with texts and calls for three months. I went in and made a deal predicated on getting the kitchen in two weeks. Seven weeks later no kitchen, no call backs, oh and guess what? Marc no longer works there. The only person whoever picks of the phone is the highly apologetic and completely ineffectual receptionist. I want my kitchen or I want my money back. The excuse caboose has left the station. Don't put your trust in this company . I've been waiting 2 months for a refund that is owed to me for merchandise that I never even received. The Credit company synchrony dropped them as a merchant and refused to let me use the credit card that dream company told me to apply for. This left me stock with a 25k balance on the card an almost 5k that came out of my pocket lost . And this company is refusing to give me a refund of my hard earned money that I worked for . I would advise everyone to take a close look at this company before you shop with them . This is the reason why they have changed their name so many times, but they can't run from their past with bad customer service, and devious ways . Update, So I finally got in contact with the company and they sent me a letter stating that my refund will be deposited back into my account on July 11. Also, this letter stated that I needed to remove this review from Google and all other platforms. In addition to this outdoor dream company wants to remove all accountability from their selves when it comes to the situation with the synchrony bank credit card company over the 25k. They wanted me to sign this made up document that they typed up while they had me on hold for 19 minutes and send it back to them. What a joke I repeat do not put your trust or money into this company.Today is July 24 and nothing has been deposited in my account . We ordered a custom Outdoor Kitchen back in June and have not received it yet - 105 days and counting!!! There has been no communication regarding a delivery date! They have closed the store and will not reveal where they have relocated (if anywhere at all). We got scammed out of over $11,000.00 and are seeking legal advice. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! Our experience with Outdoor Dream Company in Jacksonville, FL, was unfortunately marked by significant issues that reflected a lack of professionalism and customer care. My husband (Urious Seabrooks) posted a review and detailed our experience with them in which these pictures will sum up for you all. To my surprise, instead of a thoughtful response or an attempt to rectify the situation, the company replied in a manner that further exacerbated our frustration. Their response was dismissive and defensive, as it is with all of their negative reviews, asserting that they had followed their procedures correctly and implying that any issues were due to our lack of understanding. They went on to suggest that our negative experience was an anomaly and not reflective of their usual service quality yet their negative reviews prove otherwise. Furthermore they questioned the validity of our claims, insinuating that we might have exaggerated the problems we encountered. Instead of acknowledging our concerns and offering a resolution, their response seemed more focused on defending their reputation rather than addressing customer dissatisfaction. The lack of empathy and accountability in their reply only reinforced our initial disappointment with their service. It's is 7/16/24 and we have yet to receive the refund they claim they processed 06/07/24 for merchandise that was never received. They claim not to have any dealings with premier yet the transaction in the bank is under premier and our receipt from outdoor dream company has the name of the ceo of premier on there (Proof in the photos) but Outdoor dream company did in fact acknowledge our service with them unlike the other negative reviews for (Premier) that they stated they had nothing to do with. Proof of their shady-ness is in the photos I provided. Proof that we never received a refund is also in the photos I provided. Worst place ever. They will keep changing their name in an effort to escape negative reviews. Customer service is worse than McDonald's at 2 in the morning. Their product comes to you incomplete and missing half of the items required to install properly. Product is poorly made too. Don't wast ur time with these criminals. read more

They quickly took our money and then ignored our requests. We are still in need of a hydraulic lift cover and someone to fix the damage that happened when they tried to install a lift cover. The company just disapeared. All of the phone numbers no longer work. Do not give them any time or money. read more

PLEASE READ THIS! DONT BE THE NEXT VICTIM. This company was called Premier Outdoor USA BEWARE! They will take your money and leave you hanging out in the wind with a broken brand new spa and will not call you back for help. Pay on a credit Card so you have some protection. Today I Got a text from the new company. We never recieved out lifetime free chemicals and the lids the sent for our new spa are the wrong ones. My spa was shorted from the factory and I called 3 diffent phone numbers everyday with no response until I contacted the Attorney General of Flordia. There is an ongoing investigation into all the pissed off customers. They also own a motor sports company. read more
