This is not like a baking sheet warping on the corners (google warped flat top grill and most images will show the corner), this is the back middle section of the grill and the backsplash like part caving downward. I put in a ticket to Paradise Grill (the company, not the retail store), and they responded back to me the next day asking for more information and photos. Sent them back the same day. Over 50 days later and I have not heard back from them.
