I found exactly what I wanted within 30 minutes of walking in and about 30 minutes later I walked out a very satisfied customer. Knowing that within 2 to 3 weeks, my sofa and loveseat would be gently placed in my living room. I think this store has everything from the eclectic buyer, to the eccentric buyer, to the every day norm buyer. I'm very happy that I found exactly what I wanted, and a price point that made sense to me, and was able to be delivered effortlessly on my part. The stitching has come up and the leg rest padding is gone and the wood pushes against my legs. This happened in year one of a five year warranty... I've tried for almost a year now even went through management to honor the warranty they sold me. And yet no help. No service after the sale. And just a sorry we don't carry that sofa anymore and can't help you. And when I bought these, the salesman said all was covered in the warranty. Even a scratch. The warranty company said only the motor was warrantied. This company Lied to me and has done Nothing to correct the Broke loveseat. Buyer Beware. They aren't even on BBB but I did open an case with the States Attorney for their lack of help after the sale and promised verbally everything would be taken care of if any issues. The old Bait and Switch... Fair Trade Act to protect consumers.

We reviewed the various areas that needed attention and then they went right to work. The men did an outstanding job of laying sod over a good portion of my backyard and just didn't lay it down but carefully prepared the ground first. Vapsi, the lead foreman was busy laying a paver stoop outside my rear screen door. This fellow is a true artist and the final product was beautiful. They also brought in a dump truck full of stone to put under my hedge running the length of my house. Again, they just didn't just throw the stone in but first trimmed the hedge and removed all the clippings. Then they carefully mounded the stones around each plant with the final result being a work of art. Thank you George, Beca and Vapsi for another first class job!

So we returned to Palm Casual two and a half years ago to look for new outdoor chairs for our newly build home. We purchased 4 vinyl wicker chairs and 2 ottomans with cushions. This chair and ottoman set was gray in color and came with very nicely sewn cushions. The chairs were also swivel rockers. They came with a 3 year warranty from the manufacturer, a north Carolina Outdoor furniture company. I don't remember the exact name. We loved the chairs and they fit very well in our new outside covered porch on the river in south Georgia. Unfortunately, after 2 years of use they began to crack and fall apart. They were only in sunlight for an hour or two a day, never full sun, We also would move them inside when bad storms were predicted. I called the manufacturer first and was told that the company we purchased them from would be responsible for the warranty. I then called Palm Casual in Jacksonville to report the problems and sent them pictures of the damage. They responded quickly and were glad to help us with the situation. We drove down expecting to defend ourselves to get them replaced. But to our surprise we were met with smiles and a great helpful attitude from Mike, the owner. He was very understanding and concerned about our situation. He told us to pick out new chairs and ottomans and cushions and he would take care of the warranty with the manufacturer. He did say that there had been other customers that bought the same brand and color wicker chairs like ours and had similar problems. We actually picked out slightly more expensive replacements but he just said don't worry about it we will take care of the difference in price. We were in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes with new chairs on order at no cost to us and no haggling or stress! Our new chairs were delivered to us and the old ones taken away in about 6 weeks by two great delivery guys. We were really happily surprised and relieved how our situation was handled by Mike and his team at Palm Casual! We have been enjoying our new chairs, ottomans and cushions for several weeks now.
