About a week into owning the couch, we had to have them come and repair a piece of fabric that was torn from the factory. They came and took care of that by replacing a whole piece of fabric on the back of the sofa. Not perfect, but much better. About 2 months after owning the couch (beige) we noticed that the places we sat all the time were starting to get dark. I do on occasion wear black pants and jeans. We assumed that it was a dye transfer from my pants. Long story short, we called the store, and we called the warranty company (where it states it covers dye transfer) We sent pictures, and they said it's dye transfer but it's not covered. We asked them to send someone down to look at the couch, but they would not. We now feel as though Lifestyle Furniture did not stand behind us or the furniture that they sold us. We checked with the BBB and according to them the warranty company only has a 1.3 rating. What company uses such a warranty company? So, we ended up having to buy another set (elsewhere). We lost the money we spent for the set we purchased from Lifestyle and We purchased an extended warranty that didn't warranty what it clearly said it would. The worst part is the fact that they refused to send someone out to look at it or try to rectify it. We are so sorry that we bought from this company and will never buy from them again. Babettes owns Lifestyle Furniture, We will stay away from both of those stores.

This was my first visit and I walked in and a lady who advised me that she was an unpaid volunteer proceeded to educate me on marine grade polymer furniture. She was knowledgeable and I was impressed with her demeanor. I noticed that the owner did not even greet me and at the time, I was the only person in the store. The volunteer gave some some good literature and I went off to research their product. After I researched and was ready to buy, I went back a second time to get some prices for a couple of groups I was interested in. The owner seemed like she did not know the furniture, and when I asked prices, she was real tentative as if she were not sure of what she was quoting. During this awkward encounter, another party barged in and tried to take over her time. They demanded the price of a furniture group in the back of her store. Instead of asking them to wait, she began giving them prices while I just stood there wondering if she was even interested in dealing with me. I might add that I was in my upscale clothing and I looked like a buyer, but over several minutes she continued to talk to them about prices. Then, when another couple walked in with a problem cushion, she immediately deferred to them. That's when I decided to take my business elsewhere. I bought from Leader's in Springhill. I got the attention I needed on a major investment. If the owner of Crystal Casual wants continued business, she should either hire the knowledgeable volunteer to help her with logistics or organize her priorities better. Two stars for the volunteer. Otherwise, none at all.

    Let me start saying that we had a first good impression when we were at the store. We ended up…read morepurchasing all our outdoor furniture with them. We have all the furniture under a covered lanai and within 6 months enjoying our patio, we noticed the cushions' covers started discoloring. Our navy blue covers started changing into white. When I called the store and spoke to the manager on duty, I was told that she did not have any power to do anything, but instead gave me the name and phone number from the owner named Jhonny, who is based in Miami. When I spoke to Jhonny, his answer to the issue was: " I do not recommend buying the navy blue color covers because they always have the discoloration problem". Great answer from the owner, maybe they should had told me that at the store when I bought it. I asked for new covers, as my furniture were not only 6 months old, but his customer service answer was: " please read your bill again, as cushions' covers are not part of the warranty. I can sell you new ones a discounted price". We have recommend this store to 2 other friends, who had the same issue and when I mentioned it to Jhonny, his answer was: "have them calling me, not the store". I told him I would not recommend his business to anyone, due to quality of his product and TERRIBLE customer service. It seemed like he did not care about it. Conclusion: Stay AWAY from this place!!!

It was a significant purchase, so I wanted to check out some styles in store before I bought. I found Patio Furniture Emporium on google, so I thought I'd check them out. The hours posted online showed them being open until 7pm. I drove to the location, and when I got there the store was dark. A small sign on the door said "Closed today, call XXX-XXX-XXXX with questions." I figured it might be a one time thing, so I figured I'd try again tonight. I drove to the location again and found the same sign today. At this point, I was frustrated that a reputable establishment with such an online presence was conducting business in such a way. I called the phone number on the sign and a man picked up. I said that I have visited twice in the past two days to buy some furniture and that I had found the sign in the door, and I asked when he would be open again. He immediately called me a liar for saying I had seen the sign twice and confirmed he'd be in the office tomorrow. I assured him that I was there, and he again insisted that I was lying. I promptly told him that I would no longer be looking to purchase and that he had lost my business. He proceeded to hang up on me. I understand personal issues come up, but it is clear this is just how this man runs his business. In addition, there was 0 effort for service recovery when I called. I would recommend staying far away, and this kind of behavior over the phone will translate to the customer service you receive when working with them.

    Do not do business at this store. My wife and I worked with Imari Williams while purchasing…read moremultiple items for rental units. At the time of sale, everything was shown on a tablet and seemed straightforward, but once we reviewed the receipts and experienced delivery, serious problems became clear. Our order was split into multiple transactions, and each piece of furniture was broken into many separate line items, which made the billing extremely confusing. A protection plan that was discussed as being about $550 ended up totaling nearly $900 across the split transactions. This was not clearly explained at checkout. We also paid extra for "white glove" delivery, which we were told included assembly. On delivery day, before they said almost anything else the drivers stated they would not assemble anything and it was a common problem of Ashley furniture telling people their delivery would include assembly when it did not. Delivery timing did not match what was scheduled, only part of the order arrived, and we had to refuse some items due to the confusion and timing issues. When we contacted the store, Chase told us there was nothing they could do. No adjustments were offered for the delivery fee or the protection plan, even though the services we paid for were not provided. No furniture was ever assembled by Ashley. We did return a couple of items affected by the delivery issues, but the larger billing and service problems were never addressed. Overall, I would strongly caution others to carefully review every charge and transaction, especially protection plans and delivery fees, and not rely solely on what is shown verbally on the tablet. Once the sale is complete, getting help afterward appears to be impossible. If you have any issues at all, do not accept the delivery.
