When we discovered that the heirlooms were gone, my husband contacted you and explained that situation and you said you paid for it, now it was yours. Of course we told you that your money would be returned but you said you rented a truck and hired some movers to help with this endeavor and all that costs. You had no sympathy about my lost or wanted to work with us to get this straightened out. I'm simply asking that you allow me to buy back my heirlooms at the price you paid and help make all of this just settle and everybody be happy.
