Not only did I find the perfect rug, I was offered a pad to go under the rug, so as to make sure my Oriental didn't slip or slide. I have been very happy with the wear of the rugs and the pleasing design they added to my decor. When I was making the purchases, I took photos of the room and fabric samples of my upholstered furniture. Charlie advised us on the size and helped us to select the best rugs to coordinate with our furniture. We selected three rugs that we liked best. He loaded them in our car and told us to take them on approval, lay them out in our room and make our choice. He explained the differences in quality and why one was more expensive than the other. When we made our choice, he brought a pad to our house and helped us to place the pad and rug in the room. (It isn't as easy as it sounds if you don't know the tricks.) then he took the two other rugs back to the store. There was no extra charge for delivery or this extra personalized service. I have not bought a rug from any other store since I found C Harb's. I value his expertise and service, as well as the quality of his products. I have also had several rugs cleaned at C Harb's. They were returned looking like new and spots did not come back like they did with other in home cleaning services that I tried.

We had a great experience with Mike and his company installing a new floor in our sunroom. We got…read morea few different quotes for the work, including from Mike who came out to look at the space on a Saturday afternoon. Mike's wasn't the lowest bid, but it was the only one without contingencies, and the only one which stated up front that his crew would remove the old tile floor, repair any underlying issues with the subfloor, and level it before installing the new luxury vinyl planks. Plus we felt comfortable after meeting him about the plan and the quality of the materials/work. It took about two weeks after signing up to get the planks ordered/delivered, and then set a time to do the installation. A two-man crew showed up around 8:30 a.m., gave me some updates along the way to show what was happening (and ask some important questions I hadn't considered, like which way the new planks should run), and they finished installing the flooring and the quarterround by about 11:30 a.m. Everything looks great, and we are very happy.
