I live in a house with me, my husband, 2 dogs and 2 hairless cats. I don't mind sweeping and…read moremopping and I clean my counter tops after I cook and my vanities and toilets once a week. I needed the heavy/deep cleaning done. I was very specific when I sent out a Yelp request that I needed the inside refrigerator done, windows done, inside of stove cleaned, and a "deep cleaning" I needed somebody for a heavy duty deep clean and was hoping for a monthly relationship. I will say Liz and her husband showed up early and began to work. I work from home so I let her know that when she was ready to come into my office let me know and I took the dogs outside and put them in their crate. They were here for a total of two hours, and they started to pack up. At that point, I started to walk around and look at things. The inside of my kitchen sink had not been cleaned, not a single one of the three spare bedrooms had been vacuumed, the dining room table had not been cleaned, there is a flower vase on a black cork protector, that had not been picked up or wiped as I saw debris on it, and the windows and the door in my bedroom were not cleaned. Since these were things I immediately noticed I pointed them out to her and she called her husband back in and did these items. I went around AFTER I paid them and they left, and took the photos I attached. When you request a DEEP clean you would expect the items get done. I posted photos of items, with descriptions of what they are, but I will also point out here what was not done -top of coffee pot had hair and dirt -coffee spills still on counter -towel my cats sit on on my desk was not shaken off (cats eat up here in office and should have been shaken off and debris then vacuumed off of floor. -tub in master bath not cleaned -microwave key pad not cleaned -door frames not wiped down or cleaned -inside fridge not cleaned -one of spare bedrooms not vacuumed -shelf that is open with dishes on it in kitchen not even wiped around open areas - inside of stove not cleaned -chairs in bedroom and coffee nook area covers (which are just blankets) not vacuumed or even taken off and shook off to remove dirt / debris etc -Top of washer and dryer in laundry room not cleaned -windows to interior doors not done -windowsills not wiped down -inside of refrigerator doors and handles not cleaned And this is just what I am able to take photos of. I wonder if the laundry room was even mopped? I am not sure, but this was a huge let down.

Unprofessional and Disappointing - Would Not Recommend…read more I hired this company to clean a 9x12 area rug and two small rooms (also about 9x12). When I spoke with Tony, the owner's son, he quoted an $80 minimum and recommended cleaning all three areas for $105--$35 per room, with the rug counting as one. He assured me they used a truck-mounted steam cleaning system, and included a free deodorizer and EPA-approved stain remover. Unfortunately, the results were poor. The rug still had visible traffic marks after drying, and it was clear the carpets weren't properly cleaned. I later learned from Pamela (who was polite and helpful) that they used a portable machine, not the truck-mounted system I was promised. Tony also used my outdoor hose to clean his machine, left the water running, and left a pile of carpet fibers and dirt on my front lawn. When I called to ask for the carpet to be re-cleaned, Tony was argumentative and dismissive, telling me they would not come back out and that he didn't know what to tell me. I contacted this company to clean the dryer vent as there was water accumulating in the vent trap…read moreand in the dryer after use. They advised me that the dryer duct had to be replaced after they supposedly cleaned the vent. I also had them clean the whole house vents. The first time I used the dryer after they supposedly "fixed" the problem and cleaned the vent, there was water in the vent trap and the dryer. I called to advise them of this and was just told they did everything they were supposed to and that the issue wasnt their problem. After arguing with the man for about 10 minutes he stated he would be here on 8/30/22 to take a look at the vent. He never called and never showed up. I had another company come in to check the status of the vents in the house and the dryer and was advised that the vents had not been cleaned properly and that another cleanning of the whole house vents and the dryer vent should be done again as the "job" that the Carpet Doctors did was worthless. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
