We got…read morea few different quotes for the work, including from Mike who came out to look at the space on a Saturday afternoon. Mike's wasn't the lowest bid, but it was the only one without contingencies, and the only one which stated up front that his crew would remove the old tile floor, repair any underlying issues with the subfloor, and level it before installing the new luxury vinyl planks. Plus we felt comfortable after meeting him about the plan and the quality of the materials/work. It took about two weeks after signing up to get the planks ordered/delivered, and then set a time to do the installation. A two-man crew showed up around 8:30 a.m., gave me some updates along the way to show what was happening (and ask some important questions I hadn't considered, like which way the new planks should run), and they finished installing the flooring and the quarterround by about 11:30 a.m. Everything looks great, and we are very happy.

Prime Stone Restoration repaired an outdoor granite slab that was cracked, stained, and not sealed…read morein years. The communication beginning with an onsite quote all the way through to the final polish was superb. One has to look very closely to see where the crack was fixed. The stain is markedly better although still present, but it was not for lack of effort. Together we decided not to pursue it anymore still Carlos did not charge me for the additional trips. What integrity! Grateful to have worked with PSR and give my full endorsement.

The main thing was leaking in the master bathroom sink and noise from the tub whenever it turns on. They cut a hole in my wall, and messed with some pipes. After they "finished" they put drywall up and spackled it a little bit but didn't finish the spackle. It's been a few months and they ghosted me and my bathroom tubs still make the jarring noise and now I hear dripping from the wall which has caused water damage and creaking in the second floor of my home. Not only did they leave the job incomplete, but they caused me damage that now is costing me more than what I payed them.

Unfortunately, the quality of the work was very sloppy. Excess grout color was left all over the shower tile, the sealant was coming up when I tried to clean it, and our pebble shower floor looks worse now than before he started. Luis promised to return and fix the issues, but he kept delaying and eventually ghosted me completely. I do not recommend his services.

My wife called our insurance adjuster because we had some loose shingles and to my surprise, we…read morewere able to replace the roof through our insurance company by paying a hefty deductible. They basically cut a blank check and that was given to AJ Wells. Now, I would say that AJ Wells does a decent job, but I paid the most $$ on my block according to what my other neighbors said they paid, and their roofs look just as good. After the job was completed there were some nails through the ceiling, a little scary but none hit the floor. They fixed that. We also found some random nails for the next few weeks around the perimeter of the house and in the yard. Also, there are a ton of loose nails in the attic. I noticed that when taking out some Christmas decorations. Would I go with AJ Wells again? Maybe, but it would be highly unlikely.
