They scheduled a time to come by the property and completed the job quickly and sent me before and after pictures. It looks amazing! The driveway is brick which means the oil was able to really get into the porous material, but they worked some kind of magic and removed the stain. I was very specific when I sent out a Yelp request that I needed the inside refrigerator done, windows done, inside of stove cleaned, and a "deep cleaning" I needed somebody for a heavy duty deep clean and was hoping for a monthly relationship. I will say Liz and her husband showed up early and began to work. I work from home so I let her know that when she was ready to come into my office let me know and I took the dogs outside and put them in their crate. They were here for a total of two hours, and they started to pack up. At that point, I started to walk around and look at things. The inside of my kitchen sink had not been cleaned, not a single one of the three spare bedrooms had been vacuumed, the dining room table had not been cleaned, there is a flower vase on a black cork protector, that had not been picked up or wiped as I saw debris on it, and the windows and the door in my bedroom were not cleaned. Since these were things I immediately noticed I pointed them out to her and she called her husband back in and did these items. I went around AFTER I paid them and they left, and took the photos I attached. When you request a DEEP clean you would expect the items get done. I posted photos of items, with descriptions of what they are, but I will also point out here what was not done -top of coffee pot had hair and dirt -coffee spills still on counter -towel my cats sit on on my desk was not shaken off (cats eat up here in office and should have been shaken off and debris then vacuumed off of floor. -tub in master bath not cleaned -microwave key pad not cleaned -door frames not wiped down or cleaned -inside fridge not cleaned -one of spare bedrooms not vacuumed -shelf that is open with dishes on it in kitchen not even wiped around open areas - inside of stove not cleaned -chairs in bedroom and coffee nook area covers (which are just blankets) not vacuumed or even taken off and shook off to remove dirt / debris etc -Top of washer and dryer in laundry room not cleaned -windows to interior doors not done -windowsills not wiped down -inside of refrigerator doors and handles not cleaned And this is just what I am able to take photos of. I wonder if the laundry room was even mopped? I am not sure, but this was a huge let down.

Specifically, I requested the baseboard be done as well as the dust knocked off the walls. I was told the baseboards were done twice, but they look like they weren't touched and everything was shoved into the corner of the baseboards which was very frustrating. Clothes that were on the closet floor were just shoved further back into the closet. 'Deep clean' to me entails way more work than was done. They arrived at my home at 8am and they were gone by 10:30 which is insane for a deep clean. I was preoccupied because I work from home and could not do a walkthrough of the house when advised it was completed. Once I finally did, I realized that I would now need to do much more cleaning myself, after the deep clean was completed. The price was reasonable and I did tip Ray, but for what I received vs what I requested did not meet my expectations at all. I would rather be charged more. I pulled out an extra $100 for the service but did not end up giving it to Bonnie's Maids because in my opinion, they did not do a deep clean or a suitable job. As Ray has so kindly responded to this after calling me and telling me I was too harsh, although I was just being honest - I am editing to add to his reply. There were multiple communications with Ray before the cleaning. Not once was an expectation that everything needed to be off the floor. I have had deep cleans in the past that took care of EVERYTHING. Hence: DEEP clean. Also wondering why this is a requirement when you didn't even sweep or mop the floors, but I digress. I glanced out of my room and said it looked okay, we did not do a full walkthrough. Again, I was working. Your sloppiness in all these areas absolutely have nothing to do with me being unprepared for the cleaning. He cleaned around the windows, unclogged the drains in our bathroom, and showed us how to prevent the calcium stains in our shower by getting a filter (sprite is one brand name and aquabliss is also a competitor) to add on the pipe before the shower head. He cleaned on top of armoires, cluttered countertops even when I said not to worry about it- "it can't be TOO clean". He vacuumed the whole house including the couch. I think he was here for at least 4 hours. I was feeling slightly exhausted watching him go at a steady pace the whole time. The baby, husband and dogs all took a nap or two in this time He even took the knobs off the oven to clean them and dusted all the fans. We were very pleased! If there is anything you think Ray can do better, he asks at multiple times to check the different areas as he gets done cleaning. You can tell he really wants you to be happy because I noticed later that the window he had cleaned had some dried water spots and he went back to fix it happily with no complaints. Probably with any cleaning service it helps to tell them what you are hoping to be achieved and then remind them person so they have a chance to make it great.
