However, the attention to detail was lacking and specific areas, specifically cleaning of the inside of cupboards and drawers that was discussed both at initial inspection and again on the day of the project were not completed. Just needed to do a simple move-out clean for my apartment; they called me back within the hour after I requested a quote from their website. Very friendly, asked about my specific needs and cleaning requirements, even set up a time to walk the space to get a better idea of what the job entailed, and quickly was able to provide me a very reasonable quote. Day of appointment, they were punctual, nice, and did an AMAZING job cleaning, going above and beyond my expectations. The apartment (having housed multiple pets) looked brand new and smelled so fresh and clean, including all my appliances. 10/10 would recommend and use again! We wanted to love them but simply can't for so many reasons. It was nothing but problems from the beginning from them claiming their housekeepers were comfortable with dogs (this was a major factor in us choosing a housekeeper), to consistently having to come home and finish what they did not -- filthy countertops, unmade beds, dust on our ceiling fans, cleaning product left all over our showers, and not once did they clean the dining room table. This was nearly every single time they came to do a cleaning. I actually had to block the initial person who was doing the scheduling due to her unprofessionalism and rude attitude. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your housekeeping service... this is definitely not the one! I should add that after I posted on google they replied with blatant lies! These people are about as unprofessional as they come and will lie to cover up their garbage. HORRIBLE company!!! Simply clean did a great job getting my condo ready to sell. Cassandra was on time and did a great job. Good price, definitely worth the money (which was less than I expected). 4 stars only b/c I had some admittedly dirty/limey covered shower glass which due to the supply issues she didnt have the cleaner, and was unable to clean the glass doors. Had to figure that one out on my own, but no big deal. Would definitely recommend and use again. read more

Recently hired Simply Clean Jax to do a deep clean for a townhouse and the work was outstanding. My son and daughter-in-law are travel nurses and have been working out of state for a while leaving their home vacant. Now they are coming back to stay, so wanted them to return to a fresh and clean house. Originally I thought a standard cleaning would be fine but the deep cleaning was absolutely worth the upgrade. After requesting a quote, the owner Shana offered to meet me at the property to see what really needed to be done and give an specific price. Checking the appliances we noticed they could use a good cleaning. The deep clean included inside and out of the stove, refrigerator, and microwave and they turned out beautiful. I wished I had taken before and after photos because the difference was remarkable. I especially liked how the sink, as well as the bathroom fixtures were polished to look bran new. The windows were all crystal clear. The floors were also impressive with squeaky clean tile and laminate. The entire townhouse was dust free and looked immaculate. I would highly recommend Simply Clean Jax and when a professional cleaning is needed, I will be calling on them again. read more
