We requested a whole house post construction Cleaning Service for a crew of four for six hours. When they arrived, the crew went to work immediately and only took about 15 minutes for lunch. They were thorough and pleasant. They did everything with a minimum of supervision, including Cleaning the entire kitchen and the oven. They wiped down the kitchen and bathroom cabinets as well. The whole house is ready for painting, which starts tomorrow. This was a difficult job with a lot of moving parts. When they started, they were 15 people in the house at the same time. They had to work around the moving company that reset all the furniture in its place and go over places that they had already cleaned again. They were unflappable in their duty and worked around all the chaos going on in the apartment. For the amount of people and work involved, I felt the price was reasonable. This was not a cheap job, but it was worth it. The owner of the company, Richard, was pleasant to work with throughout and was always immediately responsive to all of my anxieties about whether they would show up and on time, etc., etc. . Good help is hard to find and if you go with this company, you will still be on the hunt. I hired this company same day because the were responsive and provided a preliminary quote based on the services requested (standard cleaning plus laundry and upholstery shampoo). He got here on time. I walked him through the house and provided a to do list (Vacuuming, mopping, kitchen bathroom clean up, folding pre-washed and dried laundry, making all the beds, etc). As a result, I received a reasonable quote update based on the scope of work. I leave because this should take at least 4 hours. After about 2.5 hours, I received a call saying he was done. I was surprised but quickly made my way back. I sent a list of items I would be inspecting and all of a sudden I'm informed they do not do laundry services. I requested this initially and directly from the cleaner that was actually doing the work. The manager then relented and said he would do it. I got there and he was waiting outside with my laundry still undone. Why lie? Why take my service request when you don't do all of the services I requested? Upon further inspection, the dishes were incomplete and despite having put all of the applicable linens on the beds, he only put fitted sheets on the beds. So after I paid for this service (with a 33% hair cut) I still have to wash dishes, make beds, and fold laundry. read more

I give this company 5 stars because they did an outstanding job with my apartment move-out cleaning. I was so embarrassed to have anyone see the state the apartment was in but it had to be done to meet the requirements of the complex. I have several health and physical issues which prevented me from being able to do this myself so I knew I needed professional help. After doing a lot of online searching and question asking, this company had the most detailed cleaning checklist that most apartment complexes require when moving out of a unit. They showed up on time, actually they were even early (bonus), and were very friendly. They surveyed what needed to be done, grabbed all their gear from the van and got to work. They even pulled out the stove and the refrigerator, thorougly cleaning them inside and out and behind. They looked brand new afterwards! I'm still amazed they got the calcium deposits out of the toilet! I had been trying to get those out of there for the 12yrs I had lived there and couldn't do it! I needed a newly built, two bedroom, two bath townhome cleaned because the prior cleaners did not do a very good job. I needed it done last minute! I literally only gave her 20 hours before I was to move in. I simply sent Maira a text explaining my needs. Maira responded quickly and said, "send me the address and I'll let you know the price when I take a look at it" much to my surprise an hour and a half later she sent me a text that she was in my area so I met her at the town home.
