Two individuals came out to clean my home, took about 2 1/2 hours (I have a small home) They were attentive, they were friendly, and they were rather quiet :-) I work from home, so that made my life so much easier. Beware of this company wanting to add extra charges to their original quote. I was quoted a specific amount for a deep clean. I chose this company because I had them clean my home before, and they had done excellent work. I had no billing problems with them before either. After they arrived last week, they wanted to charge an extra hour because they said my floors and baseboards were extra dirty. No, they were not. When I disagreed, they said they had to charge me extra the previous year for a deep clean. I found my receipt from the previous year, and they had not charged me extra. They even sent me an invoice trying to show they had charged me extra the previous year. That invoice was the wrong date. It was dated just three months ago when I knew they weren't here. They did finish the cleaning. The following morning, I tried to have the current invoice corrected meaning I needed the extra hour taken off. They finally relented with the original quote, but they needed to also correct the date on the supposed current invoice. That invoice was also dated three months ago. I went round and round with this company to pay the original quote. Had my house been filthy I would've understood. My house was not filthy. Yes, it needed to be vacuumed but I hired them to do a deep clean. The work they did the previous year was excellent. For this most recent deep clean, they did not wipe down a single cabinet throughout my house. I also found dusty spots that were completely missed. I would never recommend this company again after this most recent experience. read more

They are very accommodating when I need to reschedule around doctor's appointments due to my husband's health. The crew I have assigned to me weekly is great, and when I need to change my appointment time and get a different crew, that crew is just as perfect! Called for a construction clean and this company is recommended all over my community pages, so I assumed incorrectly I would be treated well. I was first quoted $340 for a deep clean with 4 workers for 2 hours (with the owner Lisa). I got 2 workers for 4 hours at $395.00. The appt was for 1:30pm, they showed up around 2:10pm and didn't start cleaning after many communication issues around 2:25pm then left at 6:00pm. They did have some 'manager' come to my home to inspect, but also communication issues there as well. They didn't do as I requested to wipe down the walls from construction and dust all my things. The cleaners kept contuinually wanting to go into my master bed/bath to clean which they did. They did an ok job there, but with their cleaning products they are 100% not green. I have them my own products to use which they said they did, but why would they have unlabeled bottles they were toting around and using as well? Such an aggravating experience and will warn all my neighbors. read more

Advising of horrible experience with First Coast Green Clean Squad(indoor home cleaning). If you value your belongings do not hire this company. I did not realize that one of the owners came out on the first visit with an additional employee. That visit went well. Subsequent visits have been horrible. Second or third visit three perfume bottles were broken that were on a bedroom dresser they had been told not to dust due to all the breakable items. Their response was "we forgot". The owner did offer to replace them and I declined. Next visit they broke a kitchen soap dispenser. I did request that they replace it and they did. Last visit on Monday, 2/24, they broke a decorative vase, another perfume bottle and a tabletop ceramic chest. I immediately took pictures, sent to the owner, told her I was asking them to immediately leave my home and to not return. The most unprofessional part of this story is that although the owner apologized for her clumsy employees, no effort has been made to replace or reimburse me for these items, even after sending her numerous texts asking her to do so. Her last response to one of my texts was "would you like to talk to my husband?" As her husband was never involved in any of this, please draw your own conclusion about that comment. I hope by posting this people will steer clear of this so called "cleaning squad." read more
