Pleasantly surprised!…read more We moved into our home two years ago and had the tile steam cleaned in hopes of having all the varied colors of the grout become nice and white again. There was absolutely no change after spending a lot of money. I reluctantly called Groutsmith after seeing their ad in the local neighborhood magazine, and they set up an appointment to come out, do a demonstration, and give an estimate. I was impressed and hopeful. The estimate was steep, but it would be worth it if the grout came clean. David, the service technician, came by yesterday right on time and was friendly and cordial. He really did a fantastic job and didn't miss a thing. Our grout and tile was not only super clean, but then they seal the grout with a color sealer (you choose the color) which is guaranteed for 10-years and transferable to new home owner. My husband and I couldn't be more impressed or satisfied. And the icing on the cake - no harmful chemicals are used. It is an all-natural, environmentally green product. Thank you!

From the initial estimate to the installation of the last hinge, everything went as expected. We had considered purchasing new cabinets and were not familiar with the refinishing process. The staff were receptive to questions being prompt, polite, responsive and thorough. The process was always well explained and documented with effective methods of communication. I would not even begin to call him a painter as I don't believe he knows what sandpaper or a scraper is for let alone how to use it. Don't believe anything he says as it is not the truth as you will come to learn very quickly and whatever you do don't advance any money. I am saddened I had to write such a review about someone but I have had lots of workers throughout the years and Juan Sanders is probably the worst as far as honesty and quality.
