Before I begin this review, I am including my contact information below because I fully expect Greg or Cameron to respond with excuses or attempt to dispute my experience. I welcome anyone considering Oasis Pools to contact me directly with questions. I did that because I genuinely believed they would stand behind their workmanship and take care of any issues that arose. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. The biggest issue is the finish of my pool and spa. As you can see from the 11 photos I have included, this is the condition Oasis Pools considers acceptable. The pool, spa, and sun shelf are covered with streaking and discoloration that resembles tiger stripes throughout the finish. It looks terrible, and nearly every guest who comes to my home asks what happened to my pool. What has made this situation even more frustrating is the lack of communication. Getting a response from Greg or Cameron often required multiple phone calls, text messages, and follow-up attempts. There were times when weeks would go by before I received any meaningful response. As a customer who spent well into six figures on a pool project, I should not have to repeatedly chase a company just to discuss unresolved issues. After months of complaints and follow-up calls, Oasis finally sent someone out to address the finish. The solution was an acid wash, which not only failed to fix the problem but actually made the appearance worse. I had to drain my entire pool, spend hundreds of dollars refilling it, and take time out of my schedule, only to end up with a worse result than before. The photos clearly show the outcome of their "repair." When I continued to push for a resolution, I was ultimately told there was nothing they could do. The finish is not the only issue I've experienced. Over the course of this project: * Pavers sank around the deck four separate times, requiring large sections of the deck to be pulled up and redone. * The wrong eyeballs were installed in the spa not once, but twice. * A plumbing leak in the spa required the majority of the pavers to be removed again for repairs. To their credit, those issues were eventually corrected. However, the pool finish remains the most visible and significant problem, and it is the one issue they seem unwilling to stand behind. I followed all startup and maintenance instructions exactly as directed. I brushed the pool, maintained the water chemistry, and allowed Oasis to try their recommended treatments. They added chemicals that were supposed to remove the calcium buildup, which had no effect. They then sent out a technician whose repair attempt made the finish look even worse. After all of that, I was simply told there was nothing more they could do. What makes this even more disappointing is that I referred multiple customers to Oasis Pools. I allowed prospective buyers to visit my home, view the project, and ask questions. To my knowledge, I helped generate at least 4-5 additional pool projects in my neighborhood alone. Yet when I needed support for a legitimate issue, I was met with poor communication, repeated delays, and ultimately no meaningful resolution. At this point, I am giving Oasis Pools one final opportunity to make this right. My goal is not to attack the company--I simply want the pool I paid for and was promised. However, if they continue to ignore these concerns and refuse to stand behind their workmanship, I will begin sharing my experience with local consumer advocacy groups and media outlets so that other homeowners can make informed decisions. From the time we messaged, we received TOP NOTCH service. They got us on the same day we inquired and helped us with the sketch and the placement of everything. FRANCESCA is an amazing sale rep and guided us throughout the process. She made everything really simple and explained things so there was no confusion. When they started the pool, they completed the digging in the first day. The timeline they set for us was dead on plus a few days due to weather. Senior is also AWESOME!!!! He explained all the equipment in real time so we understood what it all does and how to work it all. He gave us tips and preventative advice. With this company, you get great advice and a team that will get you what you need and want. They made sure we had everything we need and non of the unnecessary things that we thought was needed. We love their service so much that we decided to double down and let them handle other scaping layouts that we later decided. Last July I contracted with Oasis Pool to install in my backyard. The process was pretty seamless. Due to Covid, there was a backlog of pool orders. I was told that the pool would be ready for swimming season 2022. Well, the under promised and over delivered. Late January the destruction began. Each day I watched the processed. My pool construction was entertainment fort my neighborhood. The pool was complete early April. I was determined that I was the first person to swim in it even if the water was 70 degrees. If I could leave zero stars I would! 5 years ago I contracted with Oasis for a patio and screen room for our new hot tub. It took forever for the work to begin and once it did, it came to a stand still when it was time to put on the screen room. After negotiating with Gregory Lord, Jr. we got a discount so he could finish the job...so we thought! As we are now moving we discovered he NEVER finished any of the permitting process so the sub contractor who installed the screen room is helping me with the city so we can close out the sale on the house! Buyer be ware - Oasis may be the worst contractor and business we ever dealt with! read more

Oasis Outdoors - my biggest financial mistake The project was a San Juan pool install with a paver deck and screen enclosure. The cost that I agreed to was almost $80,000 including sod at the end. I will keep my personal feelings out of this review (there are many) and keep it objective. I will focus on the multitude of lies, delays, poor professionalism, and poor workmanship that I have experienced over the the course 5-6 months. Oasis claimed: It will take 5 weeks from the time they broke ground. Reality: After 5 months they walked away, I am in my 7th month trying to fix their biggest mistake.(more below). I clearly said on multiple occasions that I am not rushing to start, but cared that once they started, they finished the job as promised. Oasis claimed: Text us and we will respond. Reality: They went weeks without responding or showing up, or saying that they would show up and not do so. I heard from some of the guys that they had too many jobs started and they were going to job sites in rotation. I was told so many times that "we'll be here tomorrow before 10" or "we're on our way" and no sign of them for 1-2 weeks. Oasis claimed: They don't use subcontractors, it's what makes them special. Reality: The electrical, concrete, paver, screen enclosure, sod were all subcontracted. Further detail: The paver crew did sub-mediocre work, drank beer in my driveway on at least one occasion while working, left garbage behind each day, had an attitude when I directly asked to fix some issues, and then complained about me calling them out on their poor/rushed workmanship. Also, 3 contractors told me that they were paid late and had a tough time reaching Oasis. Oasis claimed: They had installed hundreds of pools and know what they are doing. Reality: They started installing pools on their own in September 2018 and had installed some as subcontractors. But the mistakes that they made show they don't know what they are doing. There are many examples, some were addressed on the 2nd or 3rd attempt, but the biggest issues are: 1) The retaining wall was framed with 2x6's and as we all know, lumber is not perfectly straight and level. Imagine what it looks like now! They should have used concrete blocks or at the very least, if they were going to pour it, they should have used plywood or something straight. 2) The pool is not level, there is a 2 inch difference between one end and the other. When I brought it up, I was sarcastically asked: "What do you want me to do, pull it out?" 3) Rebar shavings got in the pool which was then filled. Metal staining quickly appeared and was ignored despite almost daily text messages that it was getting worse. After 2 weeks they dumped different cleaners after searching on YouTube in front of me, and then walked away after another couple of weeks, leaving me with an acidic pool. San Juan rep came on site and confirmed the issues. So we have a brand new pool, that we paid 80k for, unlevel and filled with brown and white stains over the light blue finish. I have documented this entire project with pictures, text/call logs, when they showed up and how long, all ready for legal action. The owner knows the technical/theoretical side of the work well enough to seem knowledgeable, but has no decency or empathy towards his customers. He stole 6 months of my family's life, he created so much stress and anger, and now that it's all done, I am stuck with an unlevel pool that may need to be re-coated at my expense (roughly $10,000). Mr. G.L. please don't bother to respond just to save face, you and I both know how you have dealt with me and treated this project and from what I have heard from 2 other customers that you currently have under contract that I was able to find, I should consider myself to be lucky because things only got worse with your projects. I hope you either take your responsibilities towards your customers seriously and stop making empty promises or find a new line of work. I wish you as much success as you have shown me respect and have valued my business. ALSO: If you pay attention to the positive Google reviews, they come from the owner owner himself (GL), a family owner (also GL), and his right hand man (CT). There are also 2 recent reviews from people with only 1 review where images are posted during construction. Care to guess how real they are? If this review prevents one person from not choosing Oasis, it was worth my time writing it. UPDATE: I first posted this on 12/5/2019. 3 months, 5 pool cleaning companies later, and almost $2,000 later, I am still unable to remove the metal stains that Oasis has left me with and they are only getting worse. No one has been able to figure out what caused the stains and why they will not respond to the various types of treatment. read more

Cameron and his great crew planted two large Sylvester Palm Trees on my property today. I am thrilled with the results. The crew meticulously removed my old tree and prepared the home for the new palms. Their expertise in maneuvering these large trees into place was remarkable. Their cleanup process resulted in my yard looking so much better than when they started. We are very happy with our Amelia Island patio, outdoor kitchen and fire pit by Oasis Outdoors. A one-stop-shopping contractor, they handled all our construction requirements - not something 5 out of 7 companies we quoted could do. Greg Lord took our sketch and made it a reality. Changes to the original design were done successfully on the fly and the installation team was prompt, neat and courteous. I found their price to be competitive, not the highest nor the lowest. The quality of the finished product is excellent. After completion a design tweak was necessary and their customer service after the sale was excellent. Disappointed but not surprised; I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere. Over a 3 month period we had repeated failures to launch. First concern occurred with a no show for a site visit to provide a simple patio estimate, and no follow-up offered to reschedule. Then, after a trip back into their store, at our request, a different fellow came out to look at what we wanted. We NEVER got an estimate or response of any kind. Long story short, after leaving multiple messages, my wife eventually made phone contact with the older fellow who seems to handle walk-ins. He abruptly said "We're not interested," and hung up on her. Makes me wonder about the quality of their work on whatever jobs they do get. read more
