Welton Pool and Spa is a no brainer. After talking to a lot of vendors, this place was not only having a great reputation, but was highly recommended from anybody and everybody that has a spa. Upon initial contact, I had an immediate real person on the phone and was blessed to talk to Serena, who was Absolutely charming, professional, and very knowledgeable about the product and services. My interaction with her right off the bat gave me peace of mind and also comfort, knowing that I can reach anyone, anytime time! My first visit To the showroom was nonetheless amazing, but definitely worth the time if you are seriously considering purchasing. Before I even set foot into the showroom, Ambra (owner) Greeted me and was friendly ...inviting me inside and took the time to talk to me. Already my first interaction was so welcoming and I felt very comfortable with no pressure. How many showrooms have this experience that I was able to take a plunge into the hot tub as if it were my iwnthey had set up for demo, So I recommend bringing your best swim trunks and a towel. If not, they'll provide one for you! (Towel that is lol). Already before I even decided, I felt like I was at a spa. Serena, Was absolutely patient and answered all of my questions. What really made her stand out was listening to all my concerns and curiosities about everything from the first set up to the functionality of each tub. The fact that they carry one brand shows how much trust and consistency they provide, especially with the service history of the product and how much guarantee they have behind it. In conclusion, not only was my experience, fluid, professional, and full of clarity, but I decided to Same day at a heck of a deal. After surfing the Web, I visited Welton because they appeared to have a hot tub for every budget, from basic to "Rolls Royce". I personally chose the Cambria hot tub by Caldera (Rolls Royce). It's 9' x 7' 7" and proportionally deep, with a lounger and 74 jets of varied patterns. WOW, my wife and I love it and are in it at least once or twice a day. Being in our 70's, we have endured the normal aches, etc. of our age. However, they seem to have melted away in our Caldera. Even a few where doctors told us that we would "just have to live with it" (i.e.: neuropathy). As for Team Welton, Ambra and Noah are owners, and head sales and service respectively. Their experience is evident, in that they both really know their stuff. This applies to their extremely professional and courteous installation crew as well. Having owned numerous pools and hot tubs dating back to the 70', I can say without reservation, that Welton has provided the best after-the-sale service and hot tub maintenance products that I have ever experienced. John and Skyler did a jam-up job delivering, setting up and getting our NEW SPA working in 2.5 hours. They called ahead, arrived on the MINUTE, and went to work. They helped me take a part of the lanai screen door off, so the spa could barely fit through. They put the hot tub just where we wanted it, hooked up the electric wires electricians had previously left, and we were heating water! They put the cover on, showed us how to work it and how to work the touch pad controls. John did the first spa treatment, adding chemicals as dictated by the test strip. Efficient, friendly. knowledgeable workers. So far, spa is working well. So far, highly recommended! I will update in a year, to give a better review of the spa. read more

Having originally purchased a hot tub from a different dealer and having issues with it, Noah was able to diagnose the issue and help come up with a solution. I was so impressed with their professionalism l that instead of just fixing my old one, I traded it in for a brand new one from the Welton's. I'd love to give them 5 stars because they were so helpful while in the store. Super friendly and actually spent time with us to find what we needed. I left on that Saturday thinking oh yay Monday she'll find out more and give me a call. We were looking to buy a hot tub ASAP! She never reached back out with the information we needed, and that was almost 6 weeks ago. After two weeks of waiting I gave up and went with another company in Florida. I thought it was very unprofessional to not even get the information to me. My advice to them is to actually follow up with everyone, even if you don't think they were serious what harm does it do? Maybe she thought we weren't actually wanting to buy a hot tub, but my business was given to someone else who did take the time to get me all the information. read more

Noah is a great guy. We loved our jacuzzi. The biggest problem is always communication. I got a loan for pavers and the hot tub through Noah with Aquafinance. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID financing with Aquafinance. I literally made 26 perfect on time payments and they decided to put a lien on my property. This has caused irreparable damage to my credit, my life and more. Not even sure Noah was aware of this. Unfortunately, I financed this through his store and this falls on his shoulders. read more

Their programming services failed, and when called back, the owner blew us off, and initially demanded to be paid again, then offered to come out, then blew us off again. Absolutely horrible company. Had to pay another company to redo their work. Avoid! read more
