Bad leaks around my steps made it impossible to keep the pool full and over time the older liner was trashed. New liner installed, refreshed resealed the stepz, painted the deck. Most importantly, we had a ground water problem that required us to install a proper dewatering system near the main drain of the pool to help make sure there was no ground water in the bottom of the pool. It's a big deal to me when getting involved in a big project to know that the person handling it has what's best for YOU in mind, and not what's best for their wallet. This last time they come out April 18, 2022. Leak started again this past week, early Oct 2022. Call them up. Three phone calls to get a hold of Frank and was told that they don't cover our area any more all of a sudden. Huh, that's strange. Everything I can find about where you do service still shows my area. You would think after spending over a $1,000 with a company there would be a bit of loyalty to a customer, but no. Do not recommend doing business with this company. You'll spend a bunch of money and the repair won't last.
