This business is owned by a very nice family; however, when I called super concerned and upset about an issue I was having with my pool, they scheduled me 5 days out for someone to stop by. I live 2 minutes from the store and am a repeat customer. I just needed some advice on how to proceed and even sent pictures. On the day of the scheduled visit I was called an told the only thing I could do was resurface my pool and that starts at $15,000 without anyone even stopping by. Had someone told me that 5 days earlier I would have called elsewhere and done more research. Needless to say another company came out yesterday and was given my business for a new pump and fixed the marking issue on the bottom of the pool. No resurfacing was needed. I will definitely be writing a 5 star review for this other company as they clearly care more about customers than 10 minutes of inconvenience to help someone out.

We have a small lot on the Palm Coast canals. Dillion helped us identify the best pool we could shoehorn into our lot. Their supplier, San Juan Pools, has a huge selection to choose from. We made a few changes along the way and received revised quotes quickly. They made several recommendations when were unfamiliar with a feature. The did not try to upsell anything. We were 100% in the driver's seat. The screen company they work with side by side, A Certified Screen Service was amazing as well. Between them the project came together into a stunning masterpiece. I rarely had to call Matt, the operations supervisor, because he usually called me first. He made sure even the smallest concerns were addressed in short order. You can save all the time and headaches shopping around...just go with these folks. I assure you, you will be 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Pelican Pools!

It's like walking into an old country store, with a rustic look and most likely a warm greeting when you walk in. If you're into gardening like I am, you'll appreciate their selection of seeds on their shelf, and plants in their greenhouse. I prefer to start from seed, but if I want just a few of something (like cabbage or peppers) I'll stop by and grab a tray of starts from the nursery. They also have fruit trees, house plants, bags of soil, and things like hoses, sprayers, and sprays for pests. If you're raising animals, they have a pretty good selection of items for dealing with the needs of pets or livestock, such as feed, hay, pest control, wound care, etc. You can also purchase live chicks here. If you're raising humans, they've got hunting supplies, home repair items, and local food items like honey and eggs. I've even seen rare produce like Seminole squash a few times. Every so often, I've seen order forms for pasture-raised poultry, so I know and appreciate that they're aware of and willing to serve the market that wants a more natural approach. Price-wise (from the garden supply perspective only), I find them competitive with other local businesses, and having the personal touch is nice. They kind of remind me of Ace Hardware in that way.
