We made a few changes along the way and received revised quotes quickly. They made several recommendations when were unfamiliar with a feature. The did not try to upsell anything. We were 100% in the driver's seat. The screen company they work with side by side, A Certified Screen Service was amazing as well. Between them the project came together into a stunning masterpiece. I rarely had to call Matt, the operations supervisor, because he usually called me first. He made sure even the smallest concerns were addressed in short order. We used to use them for pool service, cancelled after 14 months where the 'tech' cleaned the filter 1 time in 50+ times to the house. I once asked him to show he how to, he refused! I asked him another time to vacuum some sand in the bottom of the spa, again he refused. Would NOT use this company again. Would NOT recommend a company that bills for lip service, the only rip off profession that does that is lawyers.

Here we are 4 years later and our lights do not work, no proplem replace even though they have maybe 100 hrs of use. BIGGEST PROBLEM IS YOU CANT GET THE WIRES TO PULL. SO replacing is next to impossible. Have called and texted several people and times and I get told to call manufacture( they are not the contractor who installed) Then told to call pinch a pool to have fixed. I would not recommend this company to anyone EVER. I left a review like this one. they called me and told me to take it down. I advised I would take it down when they fixed the issues. he said he would come out to look. he wanted to come out in the middle of a rain storm.
