He was very communicative throughout the process so I knew exactly what to expect (i.e. what surrounding plants would likely get damaged). My work was scheduled quickly and even done earlier than expected. Black Creek Tree Company was recommended by a neighbor. I requested estimates from other companies too but Justin's quote worked best for my budget especially considering two trees and stumps were removed. The clean up was spot on too! So, if you're procrastinating on removing any trees like I was, don't do what I did and wait until those tree roots start to mess up your driveway! Give Justin @ Black Creek Tree Company a call.

I give them credit they came back and cleaned up but I shouldn't have to tell them to do that . Next problem is they destroyed multiple sections of my lawn when they did the paver installation and they did not intend to re-sod the damage areas. I didn't understand why they didn't have a plan to repair the damaged sections of my lawn and why they expected me to foot the bill for the repairs. I had to pay for the sod and the labor for them to repair the grass they destroyed. So I was very unhappy with this part of the job. I think it's fair for the customer to expect the company to fix the grass if they destroy it. They did a good job laying the sod I had to pay for.

I called them and within a couple of days they came out on Thurs, gave me a quote (and a VERY fair quote), and were here Saturday to cut the tree down. They started at 7:30 and were done w/ the tree by 11 and done grinding the stump by around 11:15-11:30. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional. I have 2 more trees that I need cut down and I'm 100% using Arbor for them. They were very fair and very trustworthy. There was a board that broke on my privacy fence...not their fault. The fence is beyond needing repair, but they replaced the board as well. They hauled everything away and even picked up the smaller limbs and twigs. I know there are only 8 reviews, but there's a reason they have a 5.0 rating.

We called about ten companies that offered emergency tree removal services, but only three responded. The first one offered a reasonable price to remove the tree on my house and the second, taller Queen Palm, but said they would not be able to do the work until a couple of days later. The second company wanted almost double the amount of the first quote to come out, and that was only to remove the one tree that was leaning on my house. Then Top Notch Tree Experts arrived and offered a price just a little above the first price I received to remove both trees. When I mentioned I had been offered a slightly lower price, they offered to do it for the same price plus haul everything away, which the first company did not offer to do. I decided to go with Top Notch Tree Experts to get the tree off of my house and remove the second one so I wouldn't have to worry about it happening again, and I am glad I did. Daniel demonstrated professionalism from the start by coming out on a Sunday and providing a thorough, itemized estimate--something I had to request from the others, and two didn't provide at all. What really set them apart, though, was the team itself. This might not matter to everyone but I was genuinely impressed by how seamlessly they worked together and the level of respect they showed one another. You don't often see that kind of communication and teamwork amongst a group of men. It says a lot about Daniel, his team, and the company. The crew operated with precision, care, and strong communication. Their attention to detail was evident in how they protected the property and executed the job. They were meticulous in every way. They took extra care to protect my yard (and my grass isn't even great to begin with). The way they worked together to keep debris out of my pool was incredibly impressive--they had a well-coordinated strategy in place that clearly worked. Honestly, I didn't think it would be possible, especially with how windy it was, but when they finished, my pool looked just as clean as it did when they arrived. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I'm beyond impressed and so glad I waited for his quote. If you're deciding--this is your sign. Hire them. You won't regret it.
