I give them credit they came back and cleaned up but I shouldn't have to tell them to do that . Next problem is they destroyed multiple sections of my lawn when they did the paver installation and they did not intend to re-sod the damage areas. I didn't understand why they didn't have a plan to repair the damaged sections of my lawn and why they expected me to foot the bill for the repairs. I had to pay for the sod and the labor for them to repair the grass they destroyed. So I was very unhappy with this part of the job. I think it's fair for the customer to expect the company to fix the grass if they destroy it. They did a good job laying the sod I had to pay for.

Daniel demonstrated professionalism from the start by coming out on a Sunday and providing a thorough, itemized estimate--something I had to request from the others, and two didn't provide at all. What really set them apart, though, was the team itself. This might not matter to everyone but I was genuinely impressed by how seamlessly they worked together and the level of respect they showed one another. You don't often see that kind of communication and teamwork amongst a group of men. It says a lot about Daniel, his team, and the company. The crew operated with precision, care, and strong communication. Their attention to detail was evident in how they protected the property and executed the job. They were meticulous in every way. They took extra care to protect my yard (and my grass isn't even great to begin with). The way they worked together to keep debris out of my pool was incredibly impressive--they had a well-coordinated strategy in place that clearly worked. Honestly, I didn't think it would be possible, especially with how windy it was, but when they finished, my pool looked just as clean as it did when they arrived. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I'm beyond impressed and so glad I waited for his quote. If you're deciding--this is your sign. Hire them. You won't regret it.

He was very communicative throughout the process so I knew exactly what to expect (i.e. what surrounding plants would likely get damaged). My work was scheduled quickly and even done earlier than expected. Black Creek Tree Company was recommended by a neighbor. I requested estimates from other companies too but Justin's quote worked best for my budget especially considering two trees and stumps were removed. The clean up was spot on too! So, if you're procrastinating on removing any trees like I was, don't do what I did and wait until those tree roots start to mess up your driveway! Give Justin @ Black Creek Tree Company a call.

In addition, we had an extremely tall overgrown tree where limbs were extending too close over our roof and electrical service lines. Rob was our point person. Came out and gave us a quote promptly. Workers arrived straightaway and dutifully cut down the shrubs and tree limbs in record time. They had to work on our neighbor's side, and conversed with him accordingly. Even the owner of American Tree came out to ensure proper handling of our job. We were so IMPRESSED! At completion, all debris was cleaned up and cleared. The property was so clean, It looked as though they were never here! EXCEPTIONAL job! EXTRAORDINARY service! We will definitely use this company again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have what's called included bark where two trucks have grown together and split apart from each other. After doing some research this job shouldn't cost more than it does to cut the tree down. Involves cleaning up the canopy of dead branches or sucker branches to allow more airflow through and then cabling about 3 trunks together to prevent them from swaying in the wind. The first estimate only wanted to cut my tree down which is not what I wanted. I want to save the tree. He quoted $3100 to completely remove the tree. The next two quotes to cable and rod the tree was $4500 and $4000. Again they wanted more to do this than to actually cut the tree down. Which my first estimate to cut the tree down was my baseline price. My son-in-law recommended Mitch Drake so I gave them a call and he quoted me $2500 to complete the job. Now we're finally below that baseline of $3100 I was looking for. He told me during the estimate they were several weeks out from doing the job. Finally I got a call they were coming on a specific day which was acceptable. Talking about a crew, there was about eight of them on the job. Between trimmers, clean up crew as the limbs dropped and another that climbed the tree and another that cabled the tree. They have a lot of equipment with them between a bucket lift, Bobtail, and a massive chipper with a high box truck that captured all the wood chips. Very impressive operation. They recommend several limbs to be removed to take some weight off to prevent further splitting. They cleaned up everything when the job was done. Very very satisfied with their work.
