At the end of the job I came out and noticed a limb from a tree on the other side of the lot intersected with the oak. I called them and within a couple of days they came out on Thurs, gave me a quote (and a VERY fair quote), and were here Saturday to cut the tree down. They started at 7:30 and were done w/ the tree by 11 and done grinding the stump by around 11:15-11:30. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional. I have 2 more trees that I need cut down and I'm 100% using Arbor for them. They were very fair and very trustworthy. There was a board that broke on my privacy fence...not their fault. The fence is beyond needing repair, but they replaced the board as well. They hauled everything away and even picked up the smaller limbs and twigs. I needed a huge maple tree limbed up , a medium sized tree removed, and two stumps ground down. When they got done with the stumps, you could walk right over the spot and not detect that a tree had ever lived there before.
