They were reasonably priced and responsive to our requests. The polite crew showed up on time, answered questions, and cleaned up our lot so tenants could return very quickly. At the end of the job I came out and noticed a limb from a tree on the other side of the lot intersected with the oak. This tree was not part of the job but they cleared that limb out quickly with no additional costs. They will be our "Go To" tree company for future work in Saint Augustine.
