My husband did plenty of research, and he found Purple Heart Pools. They arrived for an estimate and fully explained everything. We decided they were the company we would hire, and they ended up being the best pool company ever! The crew always arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and completed the job in way less time than we thought. Talk about meticulous work! They even regrouted the tile for us as a courtesy. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and affordable! Now, we have them coming for weekly maintenance, something we have never had before, because we want to ensure our pool stays beautiful! The first time I swam in it, I could have cried. The water was clear and blue, and the walls and floor were as smooth as glass. All in all, we highly recommend Purple Heart Pools Inc. They are the absolute best pool company in Jacksonville.

Great experience with First Coast! I recently purchased a new house with pool equipment I was…read moreunfamiliar with as it differed from prior house. I contacted the pool installer to see if they could come give me tutorial on the equipment they installed but couldn't even get a call back. I contacted at-least 5 other pool companies for a tutorial/inspection and quote for weekly service. One told me to take pictures and come to their store (not helpful), 1 setup appointment but were no show. The other 3 wouldn't return calls or emails. First coast contacted me back within hours of my request and came out 2 days later. The owner was super friendly and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Ended up setting up a weekly service to get pool under control. I may end up taking it over myself once I understand it more but they are so friendly I may just keep the weekly service. They have been here twice now, pool is clean, equipment is working and provide a email service report each week with photo of pool, chemical readings and summary of the chemicals added and services rendered. Highly recommend this growing company if you need pool service!!

Let me just say that dealing with James at Golden Eagle pools has totally changed my opinion of…read moredealing with pool companies and will now be my go-to for any future pool services I may need. James returned my call promptly for starters and was highly professional throughout the entire process. He was on time for the appointments that were set and followed up on matters he said he would. He provided expertise and explanations for all his recommendations and not a pushy sales pitch. He did not put others contractors down but was confident in his companies abilities. And if you've seen any pictures of the work Golden Eagle pools has done, you know why. And to boot, he did not charge me 1 cent as we decided the repairs could wait until the pool needed resurfacing in the distant future. If you are looking for a pool company with integrity to either build your dream pool or help you maintain it, give James a call. Many Thanks James!

"I wish I'd said something sooner. We used Golden Eagle Pools for years and it was a nightmare…read more They had such high turnover that we rarely saw the same guy twice. Different new young strangers walking straight through our screened-in living room and TV area, propping the door wide open and leaving it that way. One time they left the door open long enough for our pet to escape into the alligator-filled river in our backyard. Another visit, they serviced the filter but never put the top back on. The lid blew off like a rocket, could've taken someone's head off, and our pool nearly drained completely. That caused thousands in damage, and they never paid a dime. We got a half a** apology at Best. In writing. The previous owner of my home had just replaced the pump, but almost immediately they came back saying I needed to replace it again. Then within a couple months they insisted I had to replace the light too. I can't even count how many thousands of dollars I gave them, only to end up with even more thousands in damage they caused and refused to fix. We finally switched to Tropical Pools, and they've been awesome. If you're looking for pool service, stay far away from Golden Eagle."

They advertised a much larger pool and then switched and gave her a much smaller pool . They said the pool would be done by summer and it took them well over a year to get it done.
