I recently finished my Invisalign treatment with Drs. Andrew and Paul Serrano and I couldn't be happier with my result and new smile. I had the pleasure of working with both doctors and upon our initial consultation, I knew I was in great hands. I went with Serrano Orthodontics because they have a proven track record and have been practicing here in Arizona for over 30 years. They know what they're doing, they listen to your desired results, and they have an eye for what it means to have a "perfect smile" tailored to you and your genetic traits. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Every appointment I was seen on-time, no long waits in the lobby because the doctors were running behind. I feel like my questions/concerns were always addressed and explained to me in an easy-to-understand manner. The offices are clean, modern and easy to locate (easy parking as well). The cookies in the lobby are definitely a bonus :) Overall, I would 100% recommend Serrano Orthodontics. Do your own research and check out other providers. You'll see that Dr. Paul Serrano is a pioneer in the field of orthodontics and no one in AZ comes to close to his level of expertise. Dr. Andrew (his son) is following in his footsteps and is incredibly kind, and I can tell he is great with kids. I look forward to bringing my daughter to him for orthodontic treatment in the future. Thanks Serrano Orthodontics for taking care of me and giving me the "perfect smile" I've always wanted. See you in a few years when it's time to bring my daughter in for braces! read more

I have never been more impressed with a business than I have been with Serrano & Kyger Family Orthodontics. In fact, this is the first review I've ever taken the time to write - ever. I was turned away from other Orthodontists for being a difficult case. I thought my only option was to get veneers or jaw surgery. Thankfully, the top Cosmetic Dentist in Arizona turned me away, recommending that I see Dr. Serrano, informing me that Dr. Serrano is at the top of his field. I was pleasantly surprised (and so thankful) that Dr. Serrano actually was so knowledgeable and he was able to creatively design a plan for straightening my teeth. I was initially skeptical having heard negative options from previous orthodontists, but his understanding and professionalism quickly built confidence in me and he has completely changed my life. The entire process so smooth, simple and quick. He did a fantastic job and I would go out of my way to recommend him to anyone in need of braces. You really feel like you're in great hands - and you are! The office environment, the staff, and the technology are truly outstanding! 100% worth it - best investment I have ever made. read more

I got braces here. It has been over 3 years now that they came off and I rarely wear the retainer, just when I remember. I almost went 18 months without even touching them!! And my teeth haven't shifted at all. My brother had braces as a teen from another ortho and much cheaper but just 1 year without strictly wearing his retainer as an adult, his teeth have completely shifted back. You get what you pay for. S&K is definitely quality work! The offices are nice, clean. They provide cookies and video games for kids which I thought was interesting. I was never waiting long enough to go over and check out the game section (even though I am not a kid). But I never left without a cookie... or 3. read more

Don't go there unless you want headaches. I set up an appointment for a consultation, which I am told will be free because of my insurance. After a quick 15 minute consultation, most of which were with some assistant, I get charged $225, when I complain they refund me that amount, charges my insurance $225 and then send me a bill for $120. When I call to question about the bill, I get the displeasure of dealing with Becky from the business office who is extremely rude, unprofessional, argumentative and basically a very unpleasant woman! Save yourself time, money and your sanity and stay away!!! read more

When I asked my pediatric dentist where they would personally send their kids for orthodontic work, they recommended Serrano Orthodontics. Since then, nearly my entire family has been a client of Serrano Orthodontics, and the entire staff is very welcoming and friendly. They thoroughly explain everything from fees to procedures, and genuinely seem to be a happy crew. In addition, they are on top of the latest technology and are very transparent in their work. I always recommend Serrano Orthodontics to others. Great work! read more

I would recommend Serrano Orthodontics to friends and family. The staff are always courteous and knowledgeable. I decided to get braces for the first time as an adult because my dentist recommended I fix my bite to stall the wear on my molars. She recommended Dr Serrano. During the consultation, he set reasonable expectations for my case. Tricia helped set up a payment plan in my budget. I just got the braces off a couple weeks ago, and my bite looks much better. Thanks to everyone in the Phoenix office for your help! read more

Dr. Serrano has been my orthodontist for over 20 years and he is beyond amazing at what he does. I'm in a business where I am talking and interacting with people daily. It never fails to get a compliment on my "beautiful smile" and that is all in thanks to Dr. Serrano. I had to get a new retainer recently and his office staff was sop friendly and Dr.Serrano's customer service was superb. If you have any orthodontic needs and only want the best, I strongly urge you to call his office today! read more

I always look forward to going! Personally, I always ask to see Angela! She's my go-to and never lets me down! I feel more confident every appointment and am grateful for all the progress. read more

My daughter has been going to Dr. Serrano for about a year, she has had amazing results and we have been very happy. The staff is always friendly and are very good with kids. We accidentally came in on the wrong day during a school day and one of the newer techs said no problem I will take you in within 5 minutes (and she did). We were in and out within 10 minutes and off to school. My daughter looks forward to going and seeing the amazing results she is getting. read more

Finally got braces after years of jaw pain. I had so many reservations about getting them late in life. After consulting with staff I was reassured that my concerns will work themselves out. They were right, my facial features changed for the better, and my 2 year period flew by. I'm so glad I invested in my oral health, my jaw pain has subsided and most importantly my smile is better than ever. Thanks so much for having me as a client! read more

Friendly staff. Waiting room is nicer and more comfortable than my home LOL! And I even get to steal a cookie. They immediately diagnosed my husband with sleep apnea. He now no longer sounds like a freight train coming through our bedroom. He is so much more rested and happier than I have seen in a long time. But don't tell him. I still want him to treat me like he owes me something ;) read more
