I had invisalign before and didn't do the job so that's when I found about Buttetfly Ortho. My sister referred him and initially I was bit hesitant since I live in LA and coming to Phoenix often was far stretched. Yet I took leap of faith and I am so glad I did. Dr.Foster and the team did an amazing job. I never had this beautiful set of teeth ever before. Everything was so seamless. He even opened my jaw which I didn't know was po All the travel from LA to Phx was worth every penny. I would recommend everyone to try this place even if you are not Phoenix resident. read more

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. This is my second attempt to get braces. After consultation with all the bells and whistles and expired halloween candy in Jan 2026. As of March 31st, there has been zero followup. Who mails in a pre-estimate to an insurance company for approval. Why would it take 3 months to approve $2500??? They had zero follow ups to check status with insurance. Zero followups to me and my spouse to let us know anything. They ghosted me when I attempted to get braces pre pandemic. I'm starting to think my black skin why I cannot get braces with place. And if your old school "financial coordinator" mails everything, AI and chat gpt will for sure replace her soon. Because who doesn't submit docs to major insurance company digitally. DO NOT RECOMMEND! save your time, miles, money, and edges. read more

From consultation to removal Dr. Foster keeps you informed on each step of the process. They offer traditional braces as well as clear aligners and explain which would provide the best results but leave the decision up to you. Our entire family has used Butterfly Orthodontics with excellent results. From my consultation appointment to my final retainer check, I have always felt welcomed by the staff at Butterfly Orthodontics. I thought it would feel a bit awkward being an adult coming in for orthodontic treatment amongst younger patients, but I will always remember my consultation appointment being met with a celebratory song and dance when an elderly lady had her braces removed! What an awesome group of people. My recommendations do not come easily, but I would highly recommend this office for orthodontic treatment. read more

Amazing experience!!! I will always rep and speak highly of Butterfly Orthodontics, an amazing office if you're looking to get some work done on your mouth! First thing that caught my eye is the name, unique and distinct and great symbolism. My journey with Butterfly Orthodontics began July 2019 through August 2020. I was looking in the surrounding area trying to find a reliable trust worthy Orthodontist and came across this gem! I had previous work on my teeth done in high school far out in the west valley but noticed some slight shifting here and there as well my smile being align, it wasn't where I wanted it to be and wanted to get it fixed. I called the office and schedule my first appointment and consult. I met Dr. Foster on my first visit and WOW, it's almost like meeting another form of Jesus. A great guy, great energy, very dedicated and experienced in his craft. He truly cares for all of his patients!!! He is not a gimmick type of guy, he is real and honest and genuine. We talked about my teeth and he knew exactly what to do and how to help to give me the aesthetic look I was wanting for myself. :) My treatment plan was having me do Orthocaps, another form of Invisalign that is a little more modern that came out within the past two years. I was excited and ready for my journey! I met the team as well that day, to name a few- Gaby, Nancy, Ari, Hayley, Emily, Sonia, Linda, Ruthie, Theresa. I met others on the team as well while being a patient there, and everyone is AMAZING! Dr. Foster truly cares about making his patients feel comfortable and is transparent the entire time. My Orthocaps involved me getting my impressions done, those being sent to the lab where they construct on how to fix my smile. Two weeks go by and I come back to pick up my trays. They included 10 different set of temporary retainers that I had to wear for a specific amount of time, each one different all day everyday. Each tray was specific for that given time frame where they would shift my teeth, acting as braces in a retainer-set form. A little painful at first with the uncomfortable feeling of the pressure but after the initial two days, it went away and that only told me- it was doing it's job!! I would go periodically to get follow up and see how my teeth were reacting with the Orthocaps. A year later and my teeth are still in great shape!! No more being a caterpillar, Now a Butterfly! They worked wonders for me and I owe it all to Dr. Foster and Butterfly Orthodontics! I am happy with my experience there and wish I can give infinity stars for my reviews! If you're looking for a one of kind Orthodontist, this is your guy!! Thank you for everything!! read more

My boyfriend and I both go to Butterfly Orthodontics and I recently had my braces removed and absolutely love the results! My boyfriend still has his braces on and is expected to get his off at the end of this year. I wanted to fix a gap between my two front teeth. I did not want to have my braces on for more than six months since I planned on graduating with my Masters and wanted them off before graduation. Here, I went to three Orthodontic specialists two of which were in Glendale and one in Scottsdale. I decided on Dr. Foster's office because of the professionalism, chair-side manner, time devoted to explaining the process, and most of all the happy positive vibe the office upholds! Dr. Foster and his staff explained the process in detail and gave me realistic expectations so I understood that it might take up to a year. The time taken to explain and clarify my orthodontic plan in a professional manner is what I value from an orthodontic specialist. I learned to trust the process and to not be in a rush to get them off because Dr. Foster knows what is best and is looking out for your best optimal long-term results! All the staff and front desk women are wonderful! The communication is excellent as they deliver all details to the patient each visit as to what will be done at your upcoming appointments, appointment reminders, and most of all understanding when life happens and you need to reschedule. All in all, I highly recommend Butterfly Orthodontics for all ages, the office is kid friendly and always doing fun interactive things to make the process fun. Also for adults like myself, it is nice to go to an office where the front desk staff is just as friendly as the rest of the staff and it is not an unpleasant place to wait for your appointments! read more
