Amazing experience!!! I will always rep and speak highly of Butterfly Orthodontics, an amazing office if you're looking to get some work done on your mouth! First thing that caught my eye is the name, unique and distinct and great symbolism. My journey with Butterfly Orthodontics began July 2019 through August 2020. I was looking in the surrounding area trying to find a reliable trust worthy Orthodontist and came across this gem! I had previous work on my teeth done in high school far out in the west valley but noticed some slight shifting here and there as well my smile being align, it wasn't where I wanted it to be and wanted to get it fixed. I called the office and schedule my first appointment and consult. I met Dr. Foster on my first visit and WOW, it's almost like meeting another form of Jesus. A great guy, great energy, very dedicated and experienced in his craft. He truly cares for all of his patients!!! He is not a gimmick type of guy, he is real and honest and genuine. We talked about my teeth and he knew exactly what to do and how to help to give me the aesthetic look I was wanting for myself. :) My treatment plan was having me do Orthocaps, another form of Invisalign that is a little more modern that came out within the past two years. I was excited and ready for my journey! I met the team as well that day, to name a few- Gaby, Nancy, Ari, Hayley, Emily, Sonia, Linda, Ruthie, Theresa. I met others on the team as well while being a patient there, and everyone is AMAZING! Dr. Foster truly cares about making his patients feel comfortable and is transparent the entire time. My Orthocaps involved me getting my impressions done, those being sent to the lab where they construct on how to fix my smile. Two weeks go by and I come back to pick up my trays. They included 10 different set of temporary retainers that I had to wear for a specific amount of time, each one different all day everyday. Each tray was specific for that given time frame where they would shift my teeth, acting as braces in a retainer-set form. A little painful at first with the uncomfortable feeling of the pressure but after the initial two days, it went away and that only told me- it was doing it's job!! I would go periodically to get follow up and see how my teeth were reacting with the Orthocaps. A year later and my teeth are still in great shape!! No more being a caterpillar, Now a Butterfly! They worked wonders for me and I owe it all to Dr. Foster and Butterfly Orthodontics! I am happy with my experience there and wish I can give infinity stars for my reviews! My boyfriend and I both go to Butterfly Orthodontics and I recently had my braces removed and absolutely love the results! Dr. Foster and his staff explained the process in detail and gave me realistic expectations so I understood that it might take up to a year. The time taken to explain and clarify my orthodontic plan in a professional manner is what I value from an orthodontic specialist. I learned to trust the process and to not be in a rush to get them off because Dr. Foster knows what is best and is looking out for your best optimal long-term results! All the staff and front desk women are wonderful! The communication is excellent as they deliver all details to the patient each visit as to what will be done at your upcoming appointments, appointment reminders, and most of all understanding when life happens and you need to reschedule. I have had one child start and complete treatment here before COVID-19. The second child began treatment during the pandemic. The office posts notices and sends emails about COVID-19 precautions. See photo below for an example of the signage and my additional comments. I expressed concern to staff about a woman in the treatment area, waiting for someone, she was wearing a mask that was mesh (like a laundry bag for delicates), providing no protection (for herself or anyone else). Staff allowed her to stay in the treatment area one chair away from my child who was prone with her mouth wide open. My concerns were met with judgment and disrespect. This business does not follow or enforce its policies. If you make decisions about which businesses to patronize based upon their safety protocols, this is one to avoid. read more
