I paid for both myself and my sister and am grateful for their payment plans. It is a little more expensive than other orthodontic offices, but you pay for excellent customer service and individualized care. You are not Just another patient to push out the door. Their business hours allow for early appointments before work AND late appointments after work during alternating weeks. If needed, cancelling appointments is handled guilt free and rescheduling is a breeze. Accessibility: I don't think the office is wheelchair accessible. There are ramps to get into the plaza but the office back area is too narrow for a wheelchair. The bathroom is also too narrow for a wheelchair. read more

My experience with Butterfly Orthodontics has been nothing short of amazing! This was my 2nd time wearing braces (I had them for 4 years in high school) and Dr. Foster and his team did an incredible job in giving me back my smile within a little over 12 months. First off "Thank You" Dr.Foster and Staff. They are professional, however they have mastered an energy of being light hearted, happy and fun. It's not the most fun thing to do or spend your money on. But there's value in the experience and the fabulous results, a smile you can smile about. They are available for emergencies (which we seemed to use a lot lol). And they have long days and multiple days to choose from. Our first daughters ortho was only open mon-wed ( I didn't know to ask the hours of operation). We first came to Butterfly Orthodontics with our oldest daughter when she was 11. She felt comfortable with the staff and Dr. Jones at that time, but shortly after she got her braces on Dr. Foster became her orthodontist. He is great with kids! My daughter loved that he was friendly and we love that he is great at what he does! During her 7th & 8th grade she was voted by her classmates as "Best Smile"! Shortly thereafter my mom, who is 65 got braces and again loved the experience and she was pleased with the helpful friendly staff and associates. They open early some days so I was able to get the morning appointments I need. Everyone is really nice and helpful.
