This office is awful. I was a patient of Dr. Gary Brigham for years and he suddenly passed away. Evidently, this practice purchased his patients. I have an annual subscription for my retainers. I was notified in May they were shipped to my doctor (Brigham) and he would contact me to pick them up. Never heard anything. His old number is disconnected. So, I had to drive 3 hours to go to his old office, where they told me, everything was sold and this place was my new ortho. I called them to say I wanted my retainers. They would not release them without seeing me.. thus a new patient bill. I drove another 3 hours only to find they supposedly don't have them. They are worthless and uncaring on the phone. Dr. Brigham was the most kind man I've ever known and he would be devastated to know these people are now in charge of his patients. DO NOT GO THERE!!! read more

I spent thousands of dollars with North Valley Orthodontics and fell behind on payment because I was in and out of the Hospital for two months. They would not deffer the payments after I paid them over $380. I had two daughters in braces and had paid them in full for the fist set and had paid off 60% on the second set and they still said they would not work with me. I also had one more daughter that needed braces but that's not going to happen with them now. They would rather play hard ball with me instead of just working with me after I made a good faith payment. read more

Every time I come to see Dr. Levin I am greeted with smiles and positive attitudes. She is an expert with Invisalign which is what I had done. She still teaches on the subject which speaks for itself. I just went to get my final retainers today and I was given a "departure gift" with helium balloons, how sweet is that!?! We are new to Phoenix (moved from Tucson) and we had no idea of where to start with orthodontics, with so many choices. I went to Yelp and narrowed my search down to 2. After visiting North Valley Orthodontics, I knew we were not going to even meet the other orthodontist. We felt comfortable from the very beginning and everything was explained to us in detail. The staff there (especially Patty) took her time explaining how everything worked and they really took their time in examining all three of our children. My son ended up getting his braces the following day and my daughter is now in her palate expander. The Orthodontist, Dr. Levin is also very personable and caring, she made everyone feel at ease. She even called and checked up on my son after he got his braces on. So far, all of the staff that work there have gone out of their way to be kind and get to know my family and our needs. I would recommend this office to anyone and the kids love going there (there is a jukebox where the kids can choose music they like and it plays during their treatments, in addition to a point program with prizes, movies and contests etc.) read more

My daughter originally came for an evaluation before she was going to get braces. We talked a long time about what would be necessary - her teeth were super jumbled! It took a little more time than it should have before she was able to get her braces off because she wouldn't wear her bands. Once my daughter realized that her other friends were getting theirs off, she hopped to and was religious about wearing them. Suddenly things changed for the better, and this last Tuesday yielded a gorgeous braces-free smile. Orthodontia is a miracle, and Dr. Levin is a miracle worker! I went to the website for North Valley Orthodontics after my children's dentist recommended them. My children also attend Boys and Girls Club and I had seen the orthodontist receive (rather bashfully) an award for sponsoring several of the club's programs.The website was informative and well done so I called to set up an appointment. April answered the phone and was very upbeat and professional. She asked a few questions and we set up an appt for the following week for my 12 year old daughter. Their office is in the Shades retail area across from Desert Ridge Marketplace. My daughter loved the sign in option as a computer scanned her fingerprint to check her in for her appt. She was taken for Xrays which are done with advancing imaging so not much radiation is used. The office is very open and bright with a music theme. There is a TV in the waiting room that plays movies and a gaming console as well. Water is stocked in the waiting area refrigerator and there is a Krups coffeemaker if you are looking for a hot drink. The option to be present with your child every step of the way (except for xrays) is offered. The office is very high tech--signatures are done via computer, xrays are available immediately on the office computer and payment is handled by an off-site company so as to be more secure. Alyssa, the orthodontist goes over the Xrays and treatment options. Between herself and the other 2 staff members (April and Patty) no question is left unanswered. They offer 0% financing as well and discounts if paid in full by cash or credit. On the day that my daughter got her braces on, she chose from a playlist on the office ipod played overhead. She got to choose as many different colored rubberbands as she wanted and Patty (who is studying to be a dentist) put the brackets in place. While my daughter was in the chair having the work done, I was able to take advantage of the free Wifi connection the office offers and get some work done on the laptop. While I was waiting, I had a chance to chat a little more with the office manager April. Alyssa, April and Patty all had separate conversations with me at some point in the two appointments and all three of them are very warm, open, and sincere. They all seem very close and that translates to a very comfortable environment for patients. Alyssa followed up the next day to make sure that my daughter was doing well & not in too much pain. The office makes it very clear that if you need anything or have any questions they are always available. I am actually looking forward to my daughter's next visit! read more

I was referred by a friend, and as an adult needing braces was sensitive to a location that catered to adults as well as children. I also wanted to explore my options. They had not been open very long at all (just Patty and Dr Levin running the show). I felt listened to and that my needs were carefuly considered. Ultimately, I decided to trust my smile to Dr Levin and staff. I have not once regretted that decision! They have been attentive and accomidating to the different needs of an adult patient versus a youth. They gave honest feedback and sometimes straight talk if needed. The staff is always joyful and I very much enjoy my Patty serenades! They continue to expand the staff and each addition adds such value to the team, while keeping the same energy and optimism. The visial office is light and cheerful to balance what can be an uncomfortable 30 minutes. Dr Levin is involved in all her patients as well as her community.
