I've been searching for a car and had the pleasure of speaking with Zahi at Kia. Even though I haven't purchased yet, he's been incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and guide me through different options. Highly recommend reaching out to him if you're considering a Kia! read more

My experience with Serramonte Kia from start to finish was exceptional! No BS. No hard-sell. Just genuine assistance from Zahi & the whole team. I Googled like crazy, responded to several "easy" price finding sites. Mostly what I got was vague invitations to go to the dealer or talk on the phone. I knew what I wanted. I just wanted availability, price, & terms info.. 2 dealers provided that. Serramonte had the best deal. Having only purchased a brand new car once before, 14 years ago, I was a bit concerned that the deal i thought was settled in advance would morph. But it did not. Options were offered, but with zero pressure. Zahi was friendly & engaging, and handled the process like a true pro. He made sure the car was clean & gassed up, then went over the operational particulars with me. I am thrilled with my new Kia Niro (and the 72.6 MPG I got on the gently driven trip from Colma to Concord), and the pleasant process of buying it is a delightful bonus! read more

If you are looking for a new car, make sure you hit up Bobby at Serremonte Kia. Him and the finance team worked wonders for us and got us into the car we wanted. He's a great guy, down to earth, no hidden agenda. We met him when we first started looking for a new car month prior , he put no pressure but was only helpful and full of knowledge. So, when it came down to us having to actually get into a car, we knew we had to go with him. Thanks Bobby and thanks Serremonte Kia- we LOVE our new Sorento! read more

Just about the most incompetent service department imaginable. I ordered a key months ago, which was promptly lost by the department. Repeated attempts to pick up the key and hours waiting in their lobby were to no avail. Now service is no longer open on weekends so I'll never be able to pick up the key I paid for in 2025. I wouldn't recommend buying a car here either, because this too will likely be your fate if you ever need post sales help. read more

Service Experience Left Safety Concerns I was initially excited about my 2025 Kia K5 and planned to keep it long term, but my service experience here left me uncertain about the vehicle's safety. After my first oil change at this location, the car developed an oil leak. Not long afterward, I began experiencing engine misfire, shaking under acceleration, loss of power, and a 12-volt battery drain issue. When I brought the car back, the service department acknowledged the misfire and mentioned the possibility of internal engine issues, but only performed a coil swap and released the car without performing a full diagnostic evaluation (compression test, leak-down test, injector test, etc.). The symptoms continued, and at that point, I no longer felt confident driving the vehicle -- especially because I was recovering from a major medical procedure and could not risk a loss of power on the road. I ultimately traded the vehicle in sooner than planned because the issues didn't feel fully resolved. I genuinely hope future cases of this nature are handled with more thorough follow-up. Safety and peace of mind are important, and I wish things had gone differently. read more

Hello again. Picked up my 25 Niro a few days ago. Looking great. Except I noticed the rims have a problem The silver spokes have areas where the paint or finish has come off. Maybe 5% of the silver surface. Mine is a leased car. Worried I might be responsible in the future. I returned to the dealership. The response was NOT. We will repair. We will replace. It was. Drumroll. Oh they are all like that. So I guess you need to check your car for defective wheels before you take it home Because maybe. They all have defective surfaces. Not sure what else to say. Doesn't seem right. Sorry for the additional negativity. read more

5 Star service for the service department the day after Christmas! Family of 6, our Telluride shut off on the 80 before the Bay Bridge. We survived by a miracle but we were pretty sure it was the alternator as we got a new battery 2 months ago. This was Xmas Eve. I got a hold of the service department at opening on Dec 26 and the manager Wilson was extremely helpful. He checked to ensure they had the part (they did) and I towed it to Kia Serramonte. They have the part but they were booked solid for the next 2 days. Well, I'm stranded in SF w/o it (we're coming from LA). Dwayne, one of the specialist agents helped me and they did inspected it and indeed it was the alternator. Dwayne, Wilson, and the crew there got us in and out same day, even though they were booked solid for days. And it was all covered under standard warranty. These guys were above and beyond, given the holidays, demand, and I'm sure short staff. Much love to you all. Our family can finally drive home. read more

Leaving a second FIVE STAR rating for a second KIA purchase within six weeks! We are so impressed and happy with our plug-in Sorento we brought our adult daughter to KIA Serramonte to purchase her first new car ... a KIA Soul. Worked again with Nick - awesome Salesperson who was so helpful and patient with a first time buyer. And John the Sales Manager came by to say hello and help the process go smoothly. Finance person - Sean (or Shawn?) was also lovely. Our daughter has a fantastic first car with the assurance that it's an excellent car with great resale value. And the experience was super positive. Thanks again KIA! read more

Update to my initial review. After a great sales service everything went downhill quickly. Sales person was supposed to order us rubber mats --never heard back & never received them. A month out we hadn't received our plates or payment slips. Called Serramonte back. They said not to worry they would be arriving soon. Month later nothing had arrived. Called back told there was an issue with the system(they'd been hacked ) & we should call back in a week. Called back, talked to a different person who said oh yeah just come down talk to so and so we'll print you a new temp license plate until everything sorted out confirmed twice ok to come down right then. Drove down to the dealership -- person I needed was in a meeting, so I waited 30mins. Then he couldn't help me bc my sister who was co-purchased the car with me wasn't there. I was supposed to come back on weekend but call first. Multiple calls over a few days to confirm when we should come back. Each time it was he had never heard of me. Finally told ok to come down to get new temp plate. Turns out the dealership had lost our paperwork and it was never submitted to lender or the state. Next words out of his mouth were and of course your behind on payments now! I said how could we be late if we never received a bill/payment slips. He backtracked and say oh yes he told the lender it was the dealerships fault and our credit wouldn't be effected. Fortunately we had been planning on paying off the car right away so we just paid it off then. Finally got a call a few weeks later to pick up the license plates. Went to go pick up plates and even though the office was literally 10ft from the service department He told me I needed to go back over to the KIA lot across the street to have them put on the car no one on that side of the dealership could help me. Will never go back to Serramonte for anything. After the sale they couldn't be bothered and treated us like we weren't important. I suppose at that point they'd gotten our money so didn't care. I take my car up to Marin Kia for all service appointments /anything else even though out of my way. Anything is better than going back to Serramonte. read more

I just bought a car from Kia of Serramonte and it was a fantastic experience. I worked with Yury. He was knowledgeable, affable, and, most importantly, willing to make a deal! He and his manager, Tom, worked with me and my husband to get us an outstanding price on an EV9 and a great trade-in price on our Acura. I have bought and sold a number of cars in my lifetime and this was, by far, the easiest and most pleasant experience of all of them. I would highly recommend. read more

Had a great experience leasing a new EV6! I began discussions with Omar Nijem, who is a driven and energetic young man who will hustle to get you what you want, no matter what it takes. We messaged countless times comparing different options on various vehicles, and he was ultra responsive and always followed up. The specific vehicle I wanted was at another dealership, and he was even willing to go all the way there on my behalf and make it happen. First time with a Kia, but if the quality is anything like the service, it's going to be a great few years. read more

First and foremost, I would like to thank Andrew Eliopoulos and his team for helping me through the process. My experience was nothing but honest from the start. In the real world, when purchasing a car, buyers want to explore different scenarios and options before making a decision. When I called other dealerships, many were unhelpful, brushing me off and simply telling me to "just come in." Many buyers, whether traveling from near or far, don't want to waste their time--just as salespeople don't want to waste theirs if a deal isn't likely to happen. Andrew, however, went above and beyond to explain the good, the bad, and the possibilities. This level of transparency is what prompted me to work with him and give him my business. As a buyer, I shop around for options and evaluate each salesperson--whether they genuinely care about their customers or are only focused on their commission. This level of dedication is a lost art in business, and companies that fail to prioritize it risk losing customers. Businesses thrive because of their commitment to working with customers and making deals. If a dealership has salespeople who don't take those extra steps, are they really attracting customers or pushing them away? Word of mouth goes a long way, and personal experiences help others navigate the same process. This was, by far, a five-star experience from start to finish. Work with someone who takes the extra step--not just someone trying to make a sale. My motto: "Bullshit walks... Business talks." If you call yourself a reputable business, you should do your best to honor deals and build trust with your customers. I can truly say my experience at Serramonte Kia has been remarkable, and I will gladly do business with them again. Thank you! read more

I am happy with my new KIA k5 , thanks Bobby and his team for help me to get a new car

Started off as a great experience with how they treated my wife for her recall. However, forgot to put the panel back in the car after maintenance. Told us at one point that they are not open on the weekends. Spent over two weeks and then was told that they ARE open on the weekends, then was about to have me and my wife have to pay for us to get the panel put back in the car after they forgot to put it back on. A lot of inconsistency with communication and information given. Will do my best to make sure my wife and I don't come here again. read more

I was scheduled for a routine maintenance + oil change. When I picked up the car I was ensured the service was done and the car was ready and safe to drive. The next morning I took a drive to Vacaville Ca. about 60 miles away to my 2nd home . On the drive up the check engine light came on for oil. I called to inform the service dep. and they ensured me it could just need a system reset. When I pulled the car into my NEW DRIVE WAY.! fresh concrete! oil was gushing out! it appeared the car had lost all of its oil. I was now stranded with 3 kids in the car and drove the car with this major oil leak and NO KNOWLEDGE OF IT. NO SAFE AT ALL! The car had to be towed back to kia service dep. and upon inspection they determined the person who serviced my car DID NOT place the oil filter back on! He also did not tighten the oil bracket. So BASICALLY it was a death trap ! They blamed this on human error, horribal excuse. This could have cost me a whole new car and not to mention MY LIFE! if i would have drove any longer the damage could have been detrimental! out of all of this my driveway is ruined and I was offered a free car detail and new side mirror. That I had a hard time booking an appointment for. No one has been in contact with me , I had to make several calls into the service department hunting down the promise that was made to me. This makes me think I should seek legal advice. read more
