I came at the time of my appointment, and it is now more than 2 hrs later, and I am still waiting for the car to be done. A different customer at the service desk was upset about their wife being sold a 60k service when the car was only at 38k miles (that they purchased only 2 years ago). My oil change is $134 even with a $15 coupon. They recommend a 60k service package while I was checking in that appears very overpriced. I've been a loyal Subaru owner since 2020 and have consistently brought my car here for service. When you're finally able to get your vehicle in, the service itself is solid. However, the process of simply trying to schedule an appointment or speak with someone has become incredibly frustrating. The main phone line, which handles calls for Volkswagen, Kia, and Subaru, is where the issues begin. I called multiple times trying to reach a live Subaru service representative, only to be stuck in a voicemail loop after several minutes on hold. On my fourth attempt, I asked the front desk rep answering the phone (a younger-sounding woman) if there was any way to speak to someone directly. Instead of helping, she raised her voice at me and continued to speak disrespectfully--even after I calmly explained my situation. When I asked, "Why are you raising your voice at me?" her tone suddenly changed, and she denied doing so. Nothing feels worse than being gaslighted in the moment. When I then asked to speak with a manager, she ignored my request and redirected my call elsewhere. This kind of treatment is unacceptable--especially when customers are paying a premium for service. Rude and dismissive customer service at the front desk completely undermines the quality of the work being done in the shop. Subaru makes great cars, but this dealership seriously needs to improve how it handles customer interactions, especially the call lines. read more
