Great food and at a reasonable price, plus more than you can eat in most settings. Good service, friendly staff and it's clean....all food cooked fresh daily too! The masaka eggplant is to die for!! ;-) Now with 7 locations and the best thing now, one's 10 minutes from where I live!!! Thanks, John Young read more

Serops Express - Baton Rouge - Feta salad, falafel, hummus, eggplant and potato parmesan - Greek Near Me - Baton Rouge, Louisiana

I love this restaurant. I try and come at least two or three times a month. The chicken swarmer salad is my favorite.

Watch your receipt. These thieves added 6 dollar tip to the TAKE OUT bill and said my bank must have charged the money in fees for using my card. Lying thieving pieces of shit. NEVER see my business again read more

I have been pleased everytime I visit any one of their three restaurants in Baton Rouge. They are located on Coursey in the same area as the neighborhood Walmart, Perkins Rd. on the southwest corner, and on Highland Rd. just west of the railroad tracks. The quality of their food iscomparable with the other Greek restaurants in the area. They only have counter service and the surroundings do not compare to some of the fancier places. Their price is lower enough to cover that. read more

This food was not even edible. I was so sad because I was hungry and it was convenient. It was so bad that I actually threw it away. I have never had to throw food out that I just paid for. I left hungry and disappointed I went there. read more

Serops Express - Baton Rouge - I ordered the chicken shawarma salad. Horrible - Greek Near Me - Baton Rouge, Louisiana

I usually love Serops Express and went to this location often, so I was looking forward to my regular selections for a great and easy dinner after a long day. I took a big bite of a falafel ball with great anticipation and could hardly chew it because it was so hard, and hardly swallow it because it was so dry! The creamed spinach didnt have any flavor or creamy sauce. The lebanese tea tasted like unsweet tea with a little lemon in it.... thankfully the gyro meat was good and so was the babaganoush. I don't know what happened tonight... I hope it was only a one time mess up, not a regular practice. read more

I have always been a Serop's Express fan, because it's usually always solidly good and fresh. My favorite (most consistent that I've found) location is Perkins and Bluebonnet. Unfortunately, this location is hit or miss. A lot of times I find the feta salad either underdressed or overdressed. I find that the creamed spinach is lacking something--mint or dill spice? It's not always underwhelming, and the price/value, when the food is fresh, well-seasoned and on point, and the speed of service is what keeps me returning. read more

Wonderful food and customer service. Warm and inviting atmosphere. I have been a loyal customer for years.

The food is good and inexpensive. The location is convenient, but you need to double check your order. Ordered the Chicken Shawarma salad.

Great mouthfeel! It feels really good in the mouth. The sautéed eggplant had a really good mouthfeel. The hummus didn't feel as tremendous in my mouth as the stuffed eggplant. Good value for such a big mouthfeel. So nice I went through the drive through twice. read more

Love this place quick, friendly and very fully. Great for a quick dinner. They never disappoint and if your are loving for low carb options it's here. Serops is one of my favorites in town for a quick meal!! read more

The food at this location unfortunately is not very tasty as the other locations. The highland road and perkins/bluebonnet location is my favorite but the food at the coursey location does not taste consistent with the other locations. I don't think i will finish my food. Very friendly service though. read more

Best spinach pie around. Eggplant moussaka is the bomb.eat. Great good at a great price. Live this place.

Went here with my friend, it was very clean and you definitely get a huge portion. The dressing on the salad is creamy instead of a vinaigrette like arzis. I definitely prefer vinaigrette. I didn't eat much that day so I was starving so I would've ate anything. I don't like how it's like a subway though. Like almost like buffet style on the other side ( he serves it for you but you can see everything laying out ). Next time I just won't do express read more

Serops Express - Baton Rouge - Chicken Shawarma and Pasta Salad..portion size isn't worth $6.32 - Greek Near Me - Baton Rouge, Louisiana

This is a great fast-casual spot for lunch. The service is always quick and friendly and the portions are generous. My favorite item is the make your own combo: I usually get sautéed eggplant (it's out of this world!), gyro meat, chicken, and salad. For me, the gyro and chicken are a nice balance between cheat meal and keeping to my New Year's resolution! read more

Great food. Also is probably one of the healthiest choices you can make in Baton Rouge. Their prices don't seem to have gone up as much as other restaurants in the area. read more

It's common knowledge that Serop's is the worst of the Greek restaurants in Baton Rouge. However, they are also the cheapest, and that was their one saving grace. I would hit the drive-through here once or twice a week because it was a relatively cheap and light lunch. However, the service at this location in particular has gotten so bad that I just cannot bring myself to spend another dime here, or any other Serop's location for that matter. I'd rather not be served my subpar dry meat with a side of attitude, thank you very much. Lord, I sound like my grandmother. read more

The problem is not the food, let's get that said at the beginning. The food is flavorful and tasty. The problem is the presentation. Awful - just awful! I ordered the combination plate (to go) and all the food was just piled on top of itself. Rice and peas on the bottom, topped by meat, topped by salad. All they need is bigger to go containers with dividers. I hope they read this and get it right. read more

I was craving Greek tonight and had my very funny but very fussy son with me so I needed to get something quick. I knew Serop's Express was close to us and decided to give it a try. The drive thru was incredibly quick and I was in and out in 2 seconds. When I got home with my food my mouth was watering. I was ready to dig in to my Greek goodness. The gyro meat was very good. The chicken was a bit salty in my opinion, but I'm from the Midwest originally and they don't know what salt or seasoning is for the most part so it probably isn't their fault. Just my tastebuds. The rice pilaf was excellent and the tzatziki sauce was amazing. I am a tzatziki fanatic so when a place gets it right, I am overjoyed. The Greek salad was overdressed and the lettuce got very soggy but I did like the dressing. Overall this place is great for a quick fix for a Greek craving. I will definitely try them again! read more

Excellent food. Moist, flavorful chicken shawarma. Very tasty okra, hummus, and feta salad, Fast, polite service.

Baton Rouge is a city obsessed with Greek & Lebanese food. Yes, you heard that right, Baton Rouge has Greek & Lebanese a-plenty. In fact, we like our Greek & Lebanese so much that we have drive thru Greek & Lebanese! Serop's offers dine-in and drive-thru options. The menu contains most of the typical staples- grape leaves, falafel, chicken swharma, and gyro along with a Baton Rouge-created concoction called Lebanese Iced Tea (get it!). It's not the best Greek & Lebanese in Baton Rouge but you can't beat it's convenience and price. A whole meal will run you less than $10. read more

We eat here pretty often. The food is always good, great variety at very reasonable prices, and many different options. This is one of our "go to" restaurants. read more

Food is very good. Woman working drive thru was rude & unprofessional. If someone is a paying customer you do not tell them they are required to purchase something just because it has been "already made" & a drink at that. This was my first experience here. The food was great but the extra comment could have been kept to self. 2/21/20 read more

Good hummus. Delicious gyros. Tasty salad. Portions are really large so I can usually make at least two meals out of one order. Service is always fast and the best part is that it's a drive through! Dining in is convenient too. Everything is clean and looks fresh. read more

Quick and easy - very helpful staff - value for the money - plenty of vegetarian options to fill you up

Great flavors and lots of options. Conveniently located and neat and clean inside. The staff is quick and courteous.

When you are in the mood for Greek food, this is good place to go. They don't have the greatest selection, but have most of the "staples" of Greek cuisine. The food is OK quality: generally flavorful and the portions are great. The drive through is very convenient. read more

Considering the other options for fast food in the area, Serops wins hands down for quick affordable options that are fresh and not a hamburger or fried chicken. I love the tabouli salad and the stuffed bell peppers. read more

Will never again eat at the location on Coursey. Horrible customer service and food quality leaves a lot to be desired.

Terrible service everytime I am here. Go to another location for better results. Worst one in the city

Have tried this location several times. Not a fan. Most of the food doesn't taste very fresh. The meats, especially the chicken, tastes day old and reheated. Not spending money there again. I threw away my entire order yesterday. So unappetizing. read more
