Disappointing service. I ordered take out, it wasn't busy at all. None of my food was made at the same time so they all were different temperatures when I got them. No one checked on me to reassure me that the food was being made, they just ignored me until I had to ask them to check on it, which is when they realized it hadn't been started. The inside was cute, clean, modern. The food, although some of it lukewarm, tasted fine. The bao buns a little sweeter than they needed to be. Would not go here again based on the way I was treated.

I was not expecting how good this was. We had the general tso chicken, Szechuan chicken, dumplings in chili oil and fried rice. The general was delicious, the Szechuan was good by spicy! Fried rice was lacking. And the dumplings were ok. Definitely get the two chickens again!

This is my second time coming here and both times were great. The service was super fast; while they have a robot serving the food, they still have someone coming around which is very helpful. The food is really great and there's a good amount of options. It's lively but not loud which is perfect place to talk. I will definitely come back again. One thing to note is that they stop sitting new customers one hour before they close but you can still order to go.

Stumbled upon this restaurant after visiting the nearby areas and decided to give it a try. It was not my the best dim sum I have had, it was okay. Tried the chicken dumplings and shrimp sui mai and bbq buns.

I had a great experience at serious Sanji. Service was wonderful, quick, and nice! We were assisted by Christina and Khue who were nice and timely. The food was great, I especially loved the scallion pancakes, so flavorful and crisp! I enjoyed many of their dumplings. I got the "Full Cup Jelly Fresh" which is a black tea with milk and lychee jelly, I don't generally get fruit jellies with my milk tease, so this was my first, and it was amazing! I loved it! The interior design was really cool too. They had robots to help them carry around some plates as well. Overall, awesome experience and I would recommend!

Loved this place! Grabbed take out and ordered crystal shrimp dumplings and the veggie bun and both were delicious. The flavor profile was spot on. Can't wait to go back.

This was my first time trying Serious Sanji, a dumpling and dim sum spot, and my girlfriend and I came here for lunch. They have all the classics you'd expect--crystal shrimp dumplings, siu mai, and a good range of veggie dishes, which I really appreciated. We ordered the garlic stir-fried baby bok choy (delicious!) and the spicy cucumber salad. The cucumber salad was just okay--fresh, but lacking in flavor. I also had the wonton noodle soup; the wontons themselves were excellent with thin wrappers, though the broth leaned a little bland. My friend ordered the chicken soup dumplings, which were just okay--wrapper a bit too thick for my taste, though to be fair we just came back from Shanghai so my bar is pretty high. I also grabbed an order of pork soup dumplings to go. There was a station area where someone could have been making the soup dumplings by hand but I didn't see anyone there at the time I ordered. I tried their bubble tea as well--the "Full Cup Jelly Fresh." It was interesting with all the different types of bubbles and grass jelly mixed in. I got mine with 50% less sugar, which made it a nice balance without being overly sweet. Overall, for a South Florida attempt at Asian fare, they've got a solid variety of dim sum and dumplings. Some dishes really hit (the garlic greens especially), others were just average. Prices run on the higher side--$9-11 per dish--so I'd say: * Service: 5/5 (friendly and attentive) * Food: 3/5 * Value: 3/5 If you're craving dim sum locally, this is worth a try, but don't expect Shanghai-level dumplings.

5 out of 5 for customer service. The venue has cute decorations and a quiet atmosphere. I love bao buns and tried the BBQ chicken and BBQ pork buns. Maybe it was a bad day, but unfortunately I did not like them at all. The woman who worked there, Ming Ho, was very understanding when I gave her my feedback. She was very helpful and offered me a refund. So I do plan to come back another time and try something else!

We went during opening this time. And it was a much more pleasant experience than going on an evening as there was no wait. (for comparison last time we were waiting for over an hour with the waiting list.) Our server was super friendly, accommodating, and attentive. Food came out quickly as did the drinks. Everything was well prepared, delicious and beautifully presented. Very simple affordable food that definitely hit the spot. The restaurant is clean, well maintained and feel feels like it has an authentic feel to what a modern dim sum restaurant in Asia might feel like but on a larger scale . A toddler especially loved the grand finale, where the friendly robot came to deliver our dessert .

This is my second time here and definitely would keep this as a staple. Service was amazing. We were seated pretty quickly. Food was amazing as alwaysss. Min was our server and she's extremely friendly and helped us pick our order. I had a pork soup dumpling and the flavors were so goood. Definitely keeping this as a to go spot.

Loving dimsum, and Asian food, my 20-year-old son and I decided to eat here for dinner the other night. First and foremost, the decor was super cute and very inviting. The menus were clearly displayed (with pictures in case you're not familiar with the different types of food that they offer). They have a robot that delivers your food that made for a fun experience, and there is an open area where you can watch the chefs create the food. My son and I ordered the soup dumplings, gyoza, sanji, Crystal shrimp, sui mai, and Boba teas. Everything tasted amazing! Not only were the products made well, but their dipping sauces were out of this world. I was a huge fan of their chili oil that's on the table! The beautiful thing about dim sum is that you can continue to order little plates until you feel full, and you get to taste a lot of their options! The prices were reasonable, and our meal cost at around $60. My son and I both really enjoyed our dinner here, and we will definitely be back! If dim sum is something you enjoy, I would highly recommend checking this place out! You won't be sorry!

We had a good lunch here with a few caveats. I'd been to one of their other locations with a friend -- in Broward -- and this one was better: larger, cleaner, and with faster service. My husband ordered their hot 'n sour soup. It didn't have much personality or as he described it: American/gringo style. But he doctored it up with soy and vinegar and hot oil and then it was much better. We also got their pork and chive dumplings. You could get them steamed or fried. Our fried order was quite good. After that I wanted to try their namesake sanji. I chose the beef as I'd had pork in the gyoza. These were just okay. I liked the dough part but the inside was just a mini ball of ground meat -- with no real seasonings or flavor. They certainly didn't match the menu description "bursting with hot savory juices"! They have a large menu including appetizers and some dessert dim sum, too. Other folks dining in were enjoying the stir fries and noodle dishes. Next time I'd skip the sanji and try one of their other offerings. And yes, they have that cute little "cat" robot that intrigued the kids that were there...

This time, we brought our family and drove a full hour to get there, but we were a little disappointed. While eating, we noticed trash under the table, which was quite off-putting. One of the lava buns tasted very strange -- I almost threw up. It was really unpleasant. The durian pastry was also different from before; it no longer had the flaky layers, and the oil used for frying didn't seem fresh and looked quite dark. The portion of the pig's ear dish also felt smaller than before. Overall, it feels like the quality has dropped quite a lot compared to our previous visit.

But for lunch, what they do have is a dim sum menu -- and that's what we ordered from... We started with small soups (from the regular menu). I got some wonton soup which was just okay. His hot and sour soup was much better -- with lots of "stuff" in it! We then shared turnip cakes for which they brought out hoisin sauce. I asked for some hot mustard and mixed a bit together with the soy sauce. I liked this pairing better than the sweet sauce. The cakes had bits of pork in it. There were 3 to the order. We also had their chives and shrimp steamed dumplings. These were good. There were 3 to the order. We'd get both of these dim sum choices again. Service was pleasant. They were a little pricier -- but it is Boca. And we'd probably come back again, if in the area.
