Always a great time when we go here. The food is hot and fresh. Our favorite is the hibachi where they cook it right in front of you. There's always a huge selection and the staff is very friendly. I do highly recommend this place. We love the vibe except the music is not so great. read more

My papa invited me for dinner tonight to the kingdom buffet. I haven't been here that often lately, but it was really good tonight. For a Friday night it was kind of empty and that makes it easier for me to get to the food without having a bump into people. The shrimp and lobster sauce on the buffet was absolutely amazing tonight. The shrimp were so big I mean literally giant shrimp. I have never seen shrimp that big at a buffet. Honestly, the shrimp were bigger than the shrimp and lobster sauce you get off the menu at a regular Chinese restaurant. The waiter that was helping us was really on time with everything. He kept the drinks coming and took the dishes away quickly. Spot on service. Overall, it was a very good experience and I really enjoyed myself. Once again I'm gonna have to say I do recommend this buffet as the best Chinese buffet in the area. read more

The restaurant would not let us fill our drinks. Stopped us when our cups were only halfway full ...literally would not let us put soda in our cups. acted like we could only have small portions of each thing and neglected to let us have more than one plate. read more

This is our go-to for Chinese Buffet - we usually arrive just before 5 pm. The food is fresh; the servers keep the tables clean and the water refilled. The shrimp is plump and the cocktail sauce is flavorful. The soups are hot and tasty. Lots of shrimp options, as well as pork and chicken. Great place to have a little of everything! read more

This is an old time all you can Chinese buffet that is good and kept fairly well. But the best item is the all you can eat hibachi. It's very fresh and tasty. Service is friendly read more

Came here for an early lunch and was seated right away. The buffet itself was pretty decent! They had a wide selection of food on display and it all looked pretty good and freshly made, not partially empty trays and dried out food like you might see at other buffets! I can definitely see why many people might not give this place high marks. Yes the place looks wildly outdated and definitely past its prime! Yes the restaurant looks like it could use a serious makeover. If you can get past its shortcomings, go.... the price was reasonable and the food was decent. I did not eat everything at the buffet but at least what I ate was pretty good. The dumplings and chicken wings were my go to! read more

Definitely an out dated place, could use some updating but food is good, can't complain. And the price just right. read more

So--maybe 20 years ago this would have gotten 4 stars --but the place is dated -not cleaned well--and just gives 1970 feel both in looks and taste of much of the food. We struggled to give 3 stars --but doing so because of the value price --good service --and wide variety of food --you will find something you like -but you may have to hunt. We liked the ribs -the shrimp with lobster sauce -the spicy pork/chicken -and the palmiers for deserts. If your a college student or someone on a budget -it's a three --but if your looking for fine dining and great chinese -it's a two. read more

It's not winning any Michelin stars but for 17.99 for an all you can eat buffet, it definitely gets the job done. We went at 5pm on a Sunday thinking we would be the first people there but to our surprise, it was packed. Everything was good for a Chinese buffet. Great variety as well. Hard pass! While visiting mother-in-law (MIL) and sister-in-law (SIL) they wanted to come here. The rest of us begrudgingly went and the Yelp reviews you see are accurate. Best: - hot and sour soup was decent Worst: - if the food was not a grease bomb, it was a sodium bomb...just too much grease and salt - none of the shrimp (either in the peal & eat or salt & pepper shrimp) were deveined...all nasty black, crusty "veins" - according to hubby, men's room was so disgusting he had to clean up in a little to use the facilities In my years with hubby, I have never heard him say a restroom was so nasty that MIL and SIL should NEVER return. He has experience in food service and knows not everything is going to be perfect at all times but I have never heard him express disgust over a public restroom before. This should be a strong warning to anybody who thinks that they want to come here...I am very glad I did not experience any of whatever bio hazard hell he did. read more

Yuck. They refill leftover foods on top of fresh food. Greasy sloppy slimy sickening. .......

Extensive selection of foods including sushi. Everything I had was tasty if not la little low on salt. I am on a low sodium diet, for me that is great. There was a salt shaker on every table for those who wanted more salt. Lots of vegetables to choose from both raw and cooked. Desserts were plentiful including ice cream. I don't eat dairy so a sherbet would have been appreciated. I will certainly be back for more And the price is right. read more

Aug.14, 2024..Boynton Beach @11:15am for Lunch..haven't been hr in years, read the reviews & wanted to check it out to see if it really was that bad..its CHINESE FOOD! I walked in , U sit anywhere U want, waitstaff takes your Beverage order & U go to the Buffet, Lunch just started at 11am, Everything was Freshly put out or should I say "Almost Fresh".They had a Good selection of DIFFERENT FOOD CHOICES,I got 2 plates & got Peel & Eat Shrimp with Lemon Wedges, Cocktail sauce, ChineseSpareRibs Bone on, & Boneless SpareRibs,Green Olives. If I took 11 Shrimps; 4 of them were good- 7 of them All had the POOP Line in them, & I couldn't eat them. Chinese SpareRibs on the Bone, Very Good.Boneless SpareRibs not good. Then I got up and got another plate with Fried Rice,Sesame Chicken & The Big Fried Crispy Noodles that they put on a table with Duck Sauce in a Chinese Restaurant . I got Duck sauce for the fried Crispy Noodles & went back to try this. Fried Rice/ Sesame Chicken was Good. Couldn't wait to try the Big Fried Crispy Noodles with Duck Sauce, that's one of my Favorites; Only to find out that the Noodles were "STALE". Are U kidding me..Freaking Stale! Ok..next is Dessert..get myself a scoop of Chocolate Icecream, a Coconut Maccaroon..Icecream didn't taste that Great & coconut Maccaroon .Tried it, Did it, & will NEVER return! Yeah, I did a bad thing. But I did it reasonably well. I hit up a Chinese buffet because I was super hungry today and craving random cooked meats and vegetables. I found it at Kingdom Buffet. Quite clean with masks required and all of the patrons I saw were wearing them. They have disposable gloves for handling the tongs. Condiments upon request. All staff also wearing their masks and also gloves. Short ribs, beef and broccoli, spicy pork, baked surimi with cheese, chicken and peppers, soups and more. Several options for those who don't like "Chinese" food including pizza and mac & cheese and french fries. There's even a big quesadilla on the hot bar. The sushi was a good selection and fresh though obviously not as good as what you might get in a proper sushi restaurant. I enjoyed myself and did not eat to excess though I certainly could have . The food is mid at best. The Sweet and Sour soup was the star of the show. Not a large selection of foods but they have the main Chinese food restaurant dishes such as egg rolls, egg drop soup and lo mein. The Sushi was ok but bland. I am sure you will fond something that you like even if it's just the soup. In addition to the food, the service was great. The staff is helpful but the waitress tried to take my food before I was done and tried to take a whole $50 when my bill was $28. I did tip well in spite of that miscommunication. Finally, the place has a slight musty smell and the decor needs updating. However, there are two TVs mounted if you want to watch and the tables are clean. All in all, this is not an upscale place. The meal is about $12 so you get what you pay for. read more

This was the worst buffet I've EVER been to. The plates were not clean, leftovers, and stained with other foods. The service wasn't the best, we waited like 15 minutes for are check and for them to clean are table. ALSO the sushi is RAW! AND the restaurant smelt like my 19 year old dogs breath. Also 3 TVs were smashed. And one last thing a POLICE CHASE was happening outside. Horrible experience never expect me to go back unless Lebron James life was on the line (I love the lakers). read more

I am not sure why this place has a low rating. The only thing I can find fault with is the bathroom. It's not always the cleanest but I don't go here to use it I go here to eat. This place has some of the best chicken wings. The beef and broccoli is amazing. Sushi is good not great but still delicious. The ribs are delicious, so are the clams, love those crunchy chip things next to the sushi bar. Go for the food and omit using the bathroom and you will have a great lunch or dinner experience. I have yet to go here and be disappointed with the quality of food. read more

I've been coming to this place for about seven years with my family. It's very family-friendly, and the food is amazing. I have been quite a few Chinese/Japanese buffets so I compare this restaurant to them. Can't beat the elite at $12.50 for lunch. The sushi was thinly sliced. I had the spare ribs and it was hard to eat. The meat was over cooked. Veggie dishes were ok. I loved the Mongolian bbq with a decent selection of veggies and meat to have cooked. I liked the seaweed salad but not enough other salad choices.only reason I would go back is if I'm the area and need to eat quickly on the cheap. read more

Well, today I learned what bad service and manners are tolerated in this establishment. The food "LOOKS GOOD" but that is also deceiving...NOTHING WAS HOT...I had been warned by some of my friends who stopped coming here. However, I wanted to make my own judgment and give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt. Had been coming here for many years but I need to warn others... THINK TWICE ABOUT COMING HERE... Although the place is clean, the Chinese food is really subpar. I'll give props to the hot and sour soup, but the rest of the traditional dishes were overcooked, burnt (boneless spare ribs), or very greasy. The chicken and beef were very chewy and those dishes lacked flavor. Although the price is amazing, I would rather take my money to the local takeout place (House of Pang) and eat quality food. read more

Food has lots of choices. Service is fine. American, Chinese and Japanese. Lots of salads and deserts.

Went with my parents around 4pm on a weekday. First impression, not the best, it's dirty looking outside and entering the restaurant it's just dingy looking with old furniture and decor that's from the 80s. they could really spruce this place up. I was already pretty turned off before I even saw the food on the buffet. The food was a 2.5 out of 5, lots of room to improve on the quality, though perhaps that's because the prices are pretty inexpensive for an AYCE buffet. For example the food selection was plentiful, and every tray was steaming hot, but the pan fried Dumplings were burned on the bottom (all of them) pork and shrimp shumai were mushy. Egg foo young, bland and mushy, inedible. Standout items were the bbq roast pork, the salt and pepper chicken and wonton and egg drop soup. Soup was Hot and tasty. My mom especially loves their fried fish, it looked good, even though I didn't try it. There were a few chicken and shrimp dishes (I tried a little of many items, all were disappointing) why was so much of the food just drowning in sauce? Some was sautéed, some crispy or spicy but most of them were just meh. There was one tray of veggies with big pieces of broccoli in white sauce that was solid, very good! I probably would come here again because my parents like this place and it is local to them. It would just be a much better experience if they invested a little effort and sprucing up the exterior and interior space and go a lighter on the sauces. read more
