No. But given how hard it is to find decent takeout Chinese in Florida, I am beyond ecstatic and hopeful. The servings are plentiful. The egg roll and the hot sour soup are exactly as I like them. But I'm still looking for a more tasty kung pao than Trader Joe's. It was the best I've had locally so far. The chicken was tender and tasty surrounded by lots of carrot celery and pepper and peanuts in a slightly spicy sauce. I will be looking forward to trying some more from the menu. Almost $100 for takeout delivery egg rolls were soft not crispy wonton soup was OK but the wontons taste like they had perfume in it. Pork fried rice was dry as can be when they go out. Chicken was OK we never order again. I was sick to where I used to go to very disappointed. read more

Gave the Wok Inn a try a couple of weeks ago, and they are my new go to place for Chinese Food. Had the General Tso's Chicken with pork fried rice and wonton soup. Everything was hot and fresh. Good portions size, and the food tasted great. Went back a few nights ago and tried the Singapore Mei Fun (Angel Hair size Noodles). Had a curry seasoning, some fresh veggies, and chicken. Another hit. Had to get some more General Tso's Chicken with white rice this time. Another thumbs up. I ate in the restaurant both times. It was clean, service was fast and friendly and the price was reasonable. If you're in the mood for Chinese and you're near BB Blvd and Military, this is the place to go. read more

I went thru yelp to their website, placed an order for delivery. Told they would deliver it in the time period I asked for. Got to the point where they took my payment and I placed the order. The order never arrived. After 4 calls to the restaurant and being told the manager would get back to me, he finally did, and guess what he could not find my order. Wok Inn used to be our favorite takeout place for years! Until this Saturday when we ordered our usual, vegetable Mei Fun for me and Beef and Broccoli for my hubby . How surprised I was to find instead of several brightly colored veggies in midst some yummy seasoned rice noodles a plain looking dish of rice noodles with 4 pieces of broccoli, 2 thin mushroom slices and a bunch of scallions! FAKE Food. Apparently, it is ok with this restaurant to sell things that are not what you think they are. This restaurant is selling Scallops that are really FAKE CRAB MEAT. I ordered by phone and was pleased that the appetizer was under $6 for 12 scallops, and assumed they would be tiny. I ordered TWO portions of this appetizer. What I received was NOT scallops at all, but FAKE CRAB MEAT breaded and fried. Gross! They tasted strange, so I pulled off the breading and the "scallop" unrolled....like FAKE CRAB MEAT, which it was. THIS IS LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. It is UNETHICAL to mis label and mis categorize food. It is illegal if the "mystery meat/food causes a food allergy which I am not claiming, but one has to wonder if they are lying about one item, they are probably lying about other items on the menu as well. TAKE CARE as if something is misrepresented, you may have allergies to the actual item. Tomorrow I will call the Palm Beach Health department. If a restaurant is mislabeling foods, then what else are they doing? How do you know what on the menu is what they are saying it is? Also, the won ton soup was revolting. It was yellow and had a faint smell of urine. Not-edible. When I called the restaurant about this order, the person who took my call admitted that the Scallops are NOT SCALLOPS and said no one had ever questioned it before. She additionally said the smell and colour of the won ton is intentional because it has ginger in it. (I use ginger and it never smells like urine) I asked for a refund and I was refused. When I tried to reorder, the system wouldn't let me complete the transaction due to an issue with the tip amount I was entering. I called again and was told a manager would call me back -- but I never received a call. In the end, I wasn't able to place an order at all. After taking care of some morning errands, I decided to get lunch to go at the last minute before picking up my kids from school. I haven't had my Chinese fix in a while, so this spot was the lucky spot I found when I drove in the Walmart Neighborhood Market plaza off of Boynton and Military. It's tucked in between the market and Planet Fitness. The bourbon chicken with veggies and white rice was the choice and it came with wonton soup. I got all of it for around 8 bucks with a bottle of water. I found it to be cheap for the cost of a huge lunch and everything had great flavors. When I put in the order, it was ready in about 10 minutes. I waited for it and there were customers coming in getting orders in between. The lady who took my order was friendly. The only thing I didn't get was silverware and I discovered it after I got back in my car, so I made a pit stop to get it on the way for the car lines...lol. As a 5 year resident here in Boynton we have tried many fine to go Chinese restaurants but we have found that the Wok Inn is closest in its preparation of food to New York. Now I'm not saying that New York is the only way to present but many of us grew up enjoying that type of cooking.
