Finally got to try this place except rather than get pizza, we ordered a full catering tray of meatballs for a Friendsgiving. They were a HIT. I loved how much sauce they used and the meatballs were seasoned and cooked perfectly, just how I like them. They're quite large but they came sliced in half, which everyone really appreciated. I thought it was a liiiiiiitle pricey for the tray, but they did also provide plates, napkins and some cutlery upon pick up. Would order catering from here again. read more

Now this is a twist on pizza. I'm so glad I did not read reviews, before trying this pizzeria. I stopped in today, to try their BOGO garlic knot crusted pepperoni pizza. It Is AMAZING. The pizza was lightly baked, Fresh and delicious. The cashier, and the nice gentleman preparing the food were so kind, and my order was prepared in a timely manner. They serve lots of other foods as well, heros, pastas, sandwiches, chicken, beef patties etc. There is plenty of seating inside, if you want to dine in. There is also convenient street parking near the pizzeria. The price for both pizzas after tax was $38. I will return again in the near future. read more

Me and my child was definitely served old pizza today. I asked before I ate it because my pizza and the pizzas that were coming out the oven didn't look anything alike for him to say that the Pizza have been sitting for 10 minutes but when I ate it, I noticed a funny taste and also my baby that's 10 years old would not eat the pizza so we left all the Pizza right there and told the man that the pizza is old. Always did delivery from a popular app. Their pizzas have been TOP NOTCH! Our normal go to has been pepperoni and extra cheese but the pepperoni and sausage pie was oh my, great ingredients and freshly made! The price is always right and especially for excellent quality. A slice in Brooklyn, aww yeah! Don't pass this place up! Look for the biggie mural and enjoy a slice of NYC goodness. We are hear a few times and it was always a crowd pleaser. We had the chicken parm, more than a few slices, and the calzones. They were all good, hot and fresh. The service was champion by both of the workers there. I use to love this place and go any time I visit family near by. They're there cooking hours before opening and are suppose to be open at 11 am. I went at 11:10 and even though the counter was full of food and a worker was right behind it the door was locked and he wouldn't open it. He didn't even have the decency to come to the door and be like "we need a few more minutes. He looked at the door from behind the counter shaking his head and mouthed "sorry" but looked like he didn't really care. Use to deliver Coca Cola to them and there use to be such nice ppl in here. Went yesterday and asked for the fresher slice and the piece of floor gum light skin girl had the nerve to catch an attitude because I didn't want the dark dried out slice. (The least she could've did after being calm for 10 min letting her box up her orders) but I walked right out. This is the pizza shop closest to my home, and the pizza is okay. I like the flavor of the crust. Their pizza slices are okay in size. The only thing is, they're kinda pricey. Whenever i do come, i don't go for a cheese slice, but their specialty slices can range upwards of $6! Which i feel is insane for a slice of pizza. But, sometimes a cravings hit and it's convenient, and pretty good. I really like their garlic knots. They're always soft, and warm and full or garlic. Definitely one of the best things on the menu. I don't understand why people are getting so worked up about carbs. It was Family Karoke night. Great pizza was the best compliment for little Yelping voices. My Colleague recommended Sergios. How could I forget The manager Danny displayed awesome customer service skills when I called Sergio's. He was friendly and easy to engage. He even knew to make the slices smaller for the little ones because I totally forgot to ask. The staff at Sergio's are always professional and smiling. The pizza was ready prompt and fresh. So there I was craving pizza and something sweet, browsing on UberEats. I happened to scroll upon this place. My interest was piqued when I saw the Garlic Knot Pizza slice. I knew right then that I just had to try it. Me being the Pepperoni Queen ( a title I hold dear ), I added pepperoni to my slice. Today's experience reminded me that I should have done a review after an earlier visit bc normally Sergio's is great. Delicious pizza served by chill, friendly staff. Today was so bad that it was downright odd. I had never seen these staff before in my years of stopping in, and perhaps it WAS their first time there because I got the distinct impression that they'd gotten thrown into this shift with no training and no prior pizza parlor experience. Lots of confusion. Lots of conferring without seeming to reach any resolution. I was the 2d one in line yet had to wait 10 minutes to order (in NYC this is an unusually long time) and even then it was bc I got so tired of being ignored by the clerk with so end in sight so I made contact w the pizza maker who then chided me for not having spoken up earlier. Um, what?? Every customer seemed to present a challenge to the staff, whether they were picking up for DoorDash and the like or were walk-ins like me. The clerk seemed so stressed and overwhelmed that I considered asking her if I could call someone to come in and help her out. I hope the owner or manager sees this and helps them out.
