My son was locked out of his house in negative temps when his dog jumped on the door and pushed…read moredown the lock lever while my son was taking his other dog out to potty. After already being outside for some time trying to find a way in, My son called a locksmith from another company who showed up without the right tools (can you believe that?!) and then proceeded to leave my son in the freezing cold with nothing but a sweatshirt to go back and get his tools. He never showed back up and my son ended up going to the hospital in an ambulance. So, I called Wasilla Locksmith and spoke to David. He was friendly, genuinely concerned and rushed right over to my son's home. He was able to get the lock open and he made a spare key. He gave the keys to my son's coworker who had called 911 for my son and had come to the house at that point. He charged me exactly what he had quoted. I highly recommend Wasilla locksmith safe and vault!! They will take care of you! He also didn't Ask for any payment info until after the job was done and he kept me posted as he arrived to the home as I am out of state and was worried about my son.
