I was pretty sure they would come fix my problem, but a weekend callout would cost extra. I saw Shane's listing on Yelp and in hours it said 24/7. I knew this was my guy. He was over in a short time (had to finish a job he was in the middle of). He helped me manually open my garage door, which was "heavy" due to the broken spring. A friend had told me to upgrade from a 10,000 cycle spring to a 25,000 cycle spring (2-1/2 times the life). Shane was surprised when I asked him, but only because no one asks that normally. The price increase was just a little more, and it took a little longer to do, but definitely worth it. Sorry, lots of words... here's the important part: Shane was a pleasure to work with, a great handyman, was available, and prices were reasonable. I will call him if I have other jobs around my house, even ones that aren't about a garage door!
