He was over in a short time (had to finish a job he was in the middle of). He helped me manually open my garage door, which was "heavy" due to the broken spring. A friend had told me to upgrade from a 10,000 cycle spring to a 25,000 cycle spring (2-1/2 times the life). Shane was surprised when I asked him, but only because no one asks that normally. The price increase was just a little more, and it took a little longer to do, but definitely worth it. Sorry, lots of words... here's the important part: Shane was a pleasure to work with, a great handyman, was available, and prices were reasonable. They said Pioneer wouldn't warranty, they also wouldnt do anything. Just one of multiple small details that Spinell and all of its sub contractors failed to see. Quality is no key with them. I am gussing if you just go thru them you might have a better experience but that wasn't mine. Your work should always be the same quality and not different if its a sub contract.
