My garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon, with my truck inside. I started scoping out…read morerepair places, and everyone I looked at said "8-5, Monday - Friday". I was pretty sure they would come fix my problem, but a weekend callout would cost extra. I saw Shane's listing on Yelp and in hours it said 24/7. I knew this was my guy. He was over in a short time (had to finish a job he was in the middle of). He helped me manually open my garage door, which was "heavy" due to the broken spring. A friend had told me to upgrade from a 10,000 cycle spring to a 25,000 cycle spring (2-1/2 times the life). Shane was surprised when I asked him, but only because no one asks that normally. The price increase was just a little more, and it took a little longer to do, but definitely worth it. Sorry, lots of words... here's the important part: Shane was a pleasure to work with, a great handyman, was available, and prices were reasonable. I will call him if I have other jobs around my house, even ones that aren't about a garage door!

They said Pioneer wouldn't warranty, they also wouldnt do anything. Just one of multiple small details that Spinell and all of its sub contractors failed to see. Quality is no key with them. I am gussing if you just go thru them you might have a better experience but that wasn't mine. Your work should always be the same quality and not different if its a sub contract.

The person who answered the phone was very helpful and took my information. A "door guy" named Andy was sent over later that same day and fixed the roller on my garage door that had somehow found its way out of position. Without even asking him, he lubed up all of the hinges, brackets, rollers and spring to give my door new life with less squeak! It brought a whole new meaning to the words "silent treatment". I don't think my door ever sounded so good...and so silent! Great service all around and I'd call on them again in a heartbeat (hence the 5 stars)!!

He provided me a very reasonable quote on the spot and I'm scheduled for the new door installs in 3 business days! That is great service! I will also mention that I emailed three requests for bid to garage door companies, and Allegrezza was the only company that responded.
