After I picked the extender up he made an appointment to connect the WiFi to my app. Still couldn't so he told me to contact the company and see if they could help me to connect it. I let him know that I'm 66 years old with two bad knees and can't stand on a later with my cell phone in my left hand on the opener. He made two appointments with me and didn't show up and now he's ghosting me.

They said Pioneer wouldn't warranty, they also wouldnt do anything. Just one of multiple small details that Spinell and all of its sub contractors failed to see. Quality is no key with them. I am gussing if you just go thru them you might have a better experience but that wasn't mine. Your work should always be the same quality and not different if its a sub contract.
